Stroking my girls hair thinking how hard life is and how harder life is going to be. Nobody did nothing to deserve any of this bullshit. I regret ever fucking around or even knowing about justice crazy ass, because of her, two people are in the hospital and one dead, man these bitches crazy. I looked out the window at the bright yellow sun as jade peacefully slept in my arms, well i thought she was asleep until she said

Jade: emmm that feels good baby

I looked down at her and smiled and continued stroking her hair

Me: baby you not supposed to be talking remember

Jade: good morning to you to then

Me: morning

It got quiet for a moment as she said

Jade: so what happened last night?

She curiously looked up at me and i shrugged and told her

Me: nothing

She continued to stare at me  a little bit longer and i kissed her forehead

Jade: im glad you came back

Me: i will always come back for you, remember im always here with you

I said pointing down to the gold chain on her neck as she smiled. Just then a nurse walked in with a big bouquet of flowers and jade looked up and smiled as she grabbed them and thanked the nurse as she left.

Jade: oh my god these are so pretty

Me: who sent them?

I said as she looked at the card and read it aloud

"Im just now hearing about what happened last night jay and this shit is unbelievable. You could of been gone and i still havent had the chance to tell you that i love you and miss you like crazy. Never take life for granted because you never know who could be gone the next day"

She looked up from the card and smelled the flowers and smiled.

Jade: jake is so sweet

But bruh wait, did she not just read a love letter aloud to my face or nah? I look at the card myself and it said exactly what she read as i looked at her curiously

Me: so who is this jacob kid

Jade: hes my friend from chicago, one of my best friends at that

Me: sounds like he wants to be more then best friends dont you think

I say as she looks at me then roll her eyes and looked back at the card and grab her phone and start calling somebody and it wasnt that long until they answered. I looked at her as she turned her head away from me and spoke into the phone saying

  "Thanks for the flowers,..... yes its me" she smiled "im doing fine actually im gonna be out of the hospital today or tomorrow,..... but i read the card jake"

she said as she looked over at me and whispered that she'll be right back and she got up and walked into the bathroom closing the door behind her. Im not trynna be nosey and all but why she gotta leave when she on the phone with that nigga, im her boyfriend and shes my girlfriend, so obviously she doesn't have to hide anything from me especially when it has to do with other niggas or in my case other females, am i right or am i right. Jay soon came out of the bathroom and got back into the bed and kissed my lips and i kissed her back, but i broke the kiss and looked at her
