I returned to the body i left limp on the ground in the public park. I tried to avoid the sun, the heat scorched my skin and with natural reflexes I hid myself under the shade of an oak tree. The senses they always heighten on my return to the middle plain for five minutes at least. When my body adjusted to its surrounding environment i walked home after a 2 hour stay in the under plain. I wondered if my uncle ever noticed I was gone, but then i remembered 2 hours there approximates to 5 minutes here.

The walk wasn't long and it was peaceful. It's nice to hear the wind whistling instead of the screams from thousands of burning souls. Not that i mind, i've grown accustom to the pains of sinners. I've grown accustomed to a cursed life, I feel human no longer. The house stood before me with it's colors of white and grey, the front was empty so i assumed that my uncle was not home. Adjusting the keys into the lock i opened my front door welcomed with the smell of apples and cinnamon from the automatic air fresheners. I heard the t.v on in the living room, I walked in, not knowing what to expect. I see what looks from behind like my uncle's head stepping a little further I see my uncle in full view.

He looks at me and immediately switches his attention back to the t.v, but still asks questions.

"You hungry?" his question surprises me, his attention back to me, I shake my head and head to my room where all peace in my body is restored. I lay on my bed, about to fall asleep, which is different because of how erly in the day it was, but after tht happens I tend to be sleepy. My eyes were heavy, and I was about to fall asleep when the sound of a truck pulling upnext door caused me to open my eyes.

It was very peculiar for a car to be pulling up  next door considering the fact that the house next door has been abandoned since I moved here. But there has been rennovations going on on the place for the last three months, which I never really paid attention to. I looked out my window, which gave the perfect view of the house and saw a moving van pull up followed by a car. Out of the van were too very hefty men opening the back of the truck. Another hefty looking man with grey hair stepped out of the car he spoke with the two men and handed over what appeared to be the house keys. Another figure stepped out of the car, this time, very slender, a woman, with short red hair cut into a bob. She wore jeans and a white vest, perfect clothes for the climate with white flip flops. She kissed the man, who i assumed was her husband, momenterily staring into his eyes. The next figure out of the car was smaller and full of energy. A young boy at around 7 ran out of the car and onto the yard running around in circles. He was pulled back by his mother. She smiled at him and planted a kiss on his forehead which with a disgusted face he wiped it off.

I was about to leave from my window when I saw the last figure from the car. She was tall and lean, her pale skin almost looked bluish in complexion with bright emerald eyes. She wore a bright yellow dress that blew in the breeze with her long silky red curls that cascaded from her head like a waterfall. I looked away, to catch my breath, I actually felt my heart beat, I felt alive, I felt human. I looked back outside my window again, there she was talking to her parents, when she smiled my chest felt tingly and a smile planted on my face, her beauty, it was infectious, her smile it was perfect. She passed her hand through her brother's hair and laughed at his discontent looking face. The beauty of her every movement kept me hooked, the way her body swayed as she walked made me forget everything and just focus on her.
