Chapter 7- Clean Up???

Sherissa P.O.V.

I woke up to a loud song from down stairs. I look at my clock only to see that it was 2pm. I got up from my bed only to fall onto the floor because the sheet is still wrapped around me. I unwrapped the sheets and got off the floor heading towards the bathroom to do my normal morning routine which includes brushing my teeth, bathing and fixing my hair and doing my makeup.

I quickly got ready and headed downstairs only to see Luke with gloves and garbage bag in hand. "Good morning?" I say to Luke as I got his attention. "Morning!" he says. "So why so hurry now to clean up?" I ask. "Well, mom and dad texted and said that they will be home at 4pm." He quickly explains. "That's just 2 hours from now? How are you going to finish this in 2 hours?" I ask. "Well, don't just stand there come help?" he says. "No! I did not throw a party?" I say. "Well didn't you attend the party?" he asks looking at me. "Well yeah I did?" I say. "Well get your ass here and help?" he says throwing me a glove, I quickly caught it and went in to the kitchen to clean up after I was finished Luke was still cleaning the living room so I went to help. We cleaned in silence as I tried to break it "So do you know why they are back so early?" I ask. "No, they just said that they would be coming home soon." He stated.

It was not 4 pm and Luke and I managed to clean the whole place. We were sitting on the couch when we heard the door open and close. "Mummy, Daddy!" I shout sounding childish and I saw Luke rolled his eyes as he hugged my dad and I hugged my mom and the we exchanged yep I know what you're thinking Luke is a bad boy yeah he is but not in front of our parents.

"Oh! So how was your weekend?" my dad asks. "Well it was fine. So why are you guys back so early?" I ask. "Well we got a call from our boss saying we can take 2 weeks of so since were not home most of the time we will take this time for a family trip?" my mom says. "Really! Where are we going?" I asked. "We would be heading to our lake house?" my dad says. "Yes! So who's the friends?" I ask as I look at my dad. "It's a surprise?" he says. "Oh daddy I hate surprises please tell me?" I ask. "Nice try?" he says .

Both of you go pack we are leaving first thing in the morning and also the Parker's are joining us on our trip." He says as I froze one place. "Yes! Up Top dad?" Luke says slapping my dad's hand. I quickly text Briana telling her I would not be going to school for 2 weeks and told her a sorry for not going to the all with her. I started packing until my mind flew back when dad said he have his friends on this family trip as well I wonder who is his friend that it's such a big surprise. That's pretty much how my night went until I fell asleep.
