(KD7) chapter 3: the devil is scared

"kaeri are you ok?" sabi ni luke habang lumapit siya sakin. Nakaupo parin ako sa sahig at umiiyak habang ang mga katawan ni mr. Carbonaro ay nasa kama at duguan. Tinignan ko si luke at agad naman siyang umupo at niyakap ako ng mahigpit na mahigpit.

"we'll fix this kaeri, noone will know. Ok? No one. I don't know what's happening to us or what is wrong with us. But ill always be here, i might not be always at your side, but im one call away." Sabi niya sabay labas ng phone niya "someone called me last month. It is about the things i see in my nightmare or in my panic attacks. Uhm, he could help us. He will help us. With this. He said, he know what's happening and will be there to help."

"sino siya?" tanong ko

"he said he's name is bloodshot. And he knows how to clean our mess. He said he will clean our mess. But he wont say any info about what's happening to us." Nagdial siya sa phone niya habang mahigpit parin akong nakayakap sakanya.

"hello?" he said and i saw him put his headset and give me one of the ear.

"hello mr. Drakes, how may i help you dear friend." Sabi ng lalake

"my.. my ex wife done something, it was completely self defense and he tried to rape her."

"ex wife? Wait kaeri is your ex wife now? Tsk. Whoever mess us all up done something amazing." Nagulat ako ng sabihin niya ang pangalan ko. Pano niya ko nakilala? Magkakilala ba kami? Sino siya?

"w-who are you ? h-how'd?" sabi ko bigla at biglang tumawa yung lalake sa phone.

"oh! I feel stabbed by you kaeri, you really don't know me? I mean i am bloodshot and kinda bloodyrose. HAHAHAHAHAH"

"sino ka?" tanong ko ulit.

"honey, even i say my name you wont know me, someone mess our lives and i will find how to fix this. I am dead. What's dead should stay DEAD!!! Right luke?"

"what do you mean?" sabi ni luke na nanginig pa do he have a nightmare about dying? Fuck he's fuck up.

"HAHAHAHHA, i wont saaaaay. As long as i confirmed that something happened to us and this world is bullshit ! i mean doctors? Really guys? I woke up one day ALIVE. FUCKING ALIVE! AGAIN! If this is dale's fault i will find him and i will kisssssss him, hahahha, i mean he thought changing everything and let the psychos remember everything? I mean COME ON! How much game can we all play with this, anyway, where's dale?" tawa ng tawa itong nasa phone

Anong sinasabi niya? He knows everything? Psycho? Anong nangyayare? This man sure is reading and watching too much killer movies.

"dale is dead sir. He died and never actually been alive, he was 7 when he had an accident and fall into coma and died at the age 22." Paliwnag ko sa lalake.

"i know this, bloodshot. I read it. On wattpad, if you thing karina's story is your life, man i know who can help you. It's dr. Kumira honehara and he's a good psychiatrist."

The man in the phone giggled "okaaay, ill try if kumi can fix this braaaaain, i mean i killed people then kaeri killed me, then even when i resurrected. well, let me guess, kaeri finally killed again?"

AGAIN?

"what do you mean again?" sabi ko. I mean i'm not a killer. I never hurt anyone, no. Im not, i wont. Why do i feel like i keep on telling lies. Fuck.

"naaah i will let you guys figure it out. Do you guys feel like you forget half of your life? And this one is kinda new?"

"no. I know my childhood, i know everything that happens in my life. And even my college life. The med school, the hospital days, i know."

Natahimmik ng mahaba yung lalake sa phone sa sinabi ko"what? WHAT?!" sigaw nito, " i have no fucking memories from this world ! and you're telling me you guys REMEMBER THIS WORLD! FUCKING NOOOOO!!"

Napaflinch kami sa lakas ng sigaw nito. "sino ka ba?"

"LANCE ANGELO DARENS!i am lance darens. I'm Michaels step brother. YOUR MICHAEL STEP BROTHER!"

He's mikey's brother? What? Mikey's had a brother? Michael smith is my jerk of an ex boyfriend. He only ask me out to take revenge sa pag di ko pagpansin sakanya nung elem ! he's a jerk. Buti nalang dumating si luke. Which is i fuck it up and nasayang ang lahat.

"i don't know mikey has a brother." Sabi ko sakanya.

"fuck. Well don't mind it. Now what will i do? Oh. I will call my people and clean your mess kaeri. While you take a shower and go with luke. That's your alibi, you are with luke the whole time."

Alibi. Is this my life now? Letting psycho clean up my mess and pretend it never happens?

"what? Are you just gonna stand there and watch you get to prison?" sabi nito at binaba na namin yung phone. Naglinis ako at agad na pumunta kasama si luke sa bahay nila.

He stood up and hugged me tight. "im here. Always. Everything is fine."

Kinaumagahan paggising naming i heard the tv is still on. Nakita ko ang news sat v at agad kong ginising si luke.

Yeah. Nakatulog kaming magkayakapa and this is kinda bad.

"hey. Uhm." Sabi niya awkwardly sa position naming. Tinuro ko sakanya yung nasa news.

Nilakasan niya ang volume and it says 'Serial killer on the run? We found the famous businessman Luis Carbonaro na nakahandusay sa isang kalsada. Ang dugo niya ay nakakalat at nakasulat gamit ang dugo niya....

....KILLER DOLL IS BACK.'

I went stiff. Killer doll? What is back? What is happening. This is not real. This is all just a story. This is supposed to be erased. This isn't happening.

This life is normal. this is what our life is. Those are just a chapter of the story. This isn't supposed to happen. No.

hi this is new CHAPTER! yeah what's wrong with the KD world? what is real and what is not. so what did i say again? we are all in square 1. we are back guys. it isnt just the KD  book is back the KILLER DOLL is back.
