Chapter 4: Who is Keila?

Derrick's POV

"Ken.. I want to tell you something" sabi ni Keila na girlfriend ko for 2 years.Nandito kami ngayon sa seaside kung saan kami unang nagkakilala dahil today marks our 2nd anniversary. Kinabahan ako sa sinambit niya dahil sa mukha pa lang niya alam kong di ko magugustuhan ang gusto niyang sabihin.

"Ano yun Kei? Ok ka lang ba? You look so pale today" pilit kong tinatago ang kaba ko.

"Ken I have someone else... Im sorry"  matapos niyang magsalita ay napayuko siya at nagsimulang umiyak. Natahimik ako sa narinig ko.

"Tell me you're lying Kei.. you love me right? It's our anniversary today baby don't say such things to ruin it." I said then held her hand and squeeze it.

"I'm serious Ken.." she said between her sobs. Doon pa lang alam ko na nagsasabi siya ng totoo.

"Kailan pa Kei? All this time ba ginagago mo lang ako?" Di ko na napigilan ang sarili ko na magtaas ng boses buti na lang at walang tao ngayon dito sa seaside.

"No Ken I loved you so much but you were always busy with your studies that even just a second you dont have time for me.. Don't get me wrong with your studies because I understand that it was your top priority but how bout' me? "  saad nya habang diretsong nakatingin sa mata ko. "Then there is someone who is always here with me same as you that really conscious on studies but he balance it to be with me so... I fell out of love.." paliwanag niya nagpakirot sa damdamin ko. Wala akong masabi.

"Let's end this Ken, Im really sorry" with that she left me..

*KRINGGGG*KRINGGGG*

Nagising ako sa tunog ng alarm clock. Aish napanaginipan ko na naman ang pangyayaring yun. Aaminin ko hanggang ngayon di pa ako nakaka move on. It's been a year since that happened. I miss my keila so much.. I want her back.

Bago pa tuluyan tumulo ang luha ko bumangon na ako at dumiretso sa banyo para magshower. After I fixed myself I went downstairs. I saw my parents and my brother Dalton on our table.

"Finally the sleepyhead is awake.. Come! Join us on breakfast sweetie" my mom said. Naupo na ako sa tabi ni Dalton. Si mommy ang naglagay ng foods ko sa plate. Si dad busy sa pagbabasa ng newspaper with his favorite black coffee. I took a glance on my brother but he's busy eating. Tsk! Pa good boy talaga masyado.

"Sweetie eat your foods na baka ma late ka sa school."  Paano ko naman maubos to sa dami ng nilagay ni mom. Hays kung di lang matampuhin to eh

"I heard what you did Derrick. How could you do that to Pat? You know her parents right?" My dad said then binaba nya yung newspaper para tingnan ko.

"See this dad?!" Sabi ko sabay turo sa galos sa mukha ko. "That pig did this to me! So I just teach her a lesson" sabi ko.

"Pero di naman niya sinasadya. You're not a boy anymore Derrick stop acting like one." My Dad said. "You know Patty right? You were childhood friends. Besides their parents is our bestfriends. Consider that son, spare patty or stop being a bully. Understand?" He added.

"I gotta go everyone. I just lost my appetite." Tumayo na ako at dumiretso sa front door.

"Fix that attitude Derrick!" Pahabol ng daddy ko bago ako umalis.

*SCHOOL*

Arrrghh Im starving. Sa canteen na nga lang ako kakain. Kasalanan mo na namang piglet ka!

"Hey derrick, want some shots later? At Louie's bar?" Sabi sakin ng tropa ko na si Aaron. Di ko napansin na nakalapit siya.

"Pass muna ako bro. Im not in the damn mood" sabi ko sa kanya.

"Wow dude hahaha tumatanggi ka pala?! Anyways kapag nagbago isip mo. Sunod ka dun" sabi niya kaya tumango na lang ako at umalis na siya.

Ewan ko bakit wala ako sa mood ngayon. Badtrip! Nagpunta nko sa room namin at nagulat ako nang makita si piglet dun. Mag isa lang siya kasi masyado pang maaga wala pa yung mga kaklase namin.

Aha! I have a better idea. What if I pretend to be inlove with her then leave her when she fell for me. Hahahaha what an evil plan.
