"Hi." It was an unfamiliar voice to my ears. A male voice. Usually I avoided talking to guys. I always got into a fight with them.
I spun a 360 degree. There, I saw a fair, about 5.4 feet tall guy. His hair dangled in front of his face. His crystal brown eyes shone like diamond. The school bag hung on one of his shoulders; anyone could just snatch and run away with it. A burger was clenched into his hand. He wore the school uniform in the most elegant and proper way I must have ever imagined of.
"Hi." I tried to respond in the sweetest voice I could make.
"May I know which way is class 10 A?"
Am I a map?
"You will find it..." right around the corner. Fetch. " on the second floor." I released my breath.
"Thank you. May I know your name?" He asked.
Why is he bothering me?
My friends walked up to me and slapped my back. He still waited for my answer.
Does he really need to know?
"Vanessa. And you?" What was I thinking?
"Theo." He smiled.
Maybe I should quit fist fighting.
"I am in 10 B,"I blustered out.
Oh.
Can't I keep my mouth shut?
He smiled.
No. He was a new student. And I must help. Maybe because I did not have a large number of friends. Especially males.
Nor was I interested.
"Nice talking to you," we parted ways. Neither of us turned back.
