My family and I climbed car after being told that we were being stationed in a different pack due to my dad being a trainer for warriors.  "Do we have to go?" I asked my mom buckling my brother in to his carseat as he played with his action figures.
"Yes. Your father has been offered a job as the Alphas personal warrior."
"But doesn't that mean we won't see him as much?"
"Yes sadly. He will only be home over holidays and the weekends." She said sighing as she shut the car door.

My dad got in and buckled up before starting the vehicle. "Your car will be getting shipped to our new house Snow." He said.
"Alright." I muttered and put my headphones on playing my music. I took a deep breath and watched as my old territory where I grew up vanish before my very eyes. I shut my eyes and let the darkness consume me as the different melodies from my music danced in my ears. Wonder how I ended up here in this mess? Let me tell you about it.

◇ 3 days prior ◇

"Snow come on. The meeting is in 30 minutes. We need to leave." I heard my dad say loud enough up the stairs. I finished putting my hair into a ponytail then bounded down the stairs. I got into the SUV the Alpha sent for us and the driver took off. The trip was pretty quick and silent. Not an awkward silent but a good one. We reached his house and was escorted to his office. "Please sit." My Alpha said as we bowed our heads in respect. "I called you all here today because you all are moving packs. Alpha Damien has requested a bodyguard for his younger brother. He wanted the best of the best and he chose you." He said and let us all soak it in. "You will be leaving three days after today. Your house will be packed and everything will be sent to your new house." He said then handed my mom a small box. "This has everything in there that you need. Any questions?"
"Why does his brother need my dad for protection? He is an Alpha for godess sake. My dad isn't working his ass off to babysit." I snapped and glared at him.
"I have no say in this Snow. But please try to be open minded about this all." He said and I remained silent, tuning out the rest of the conversation. We were soon dismissed and drove back home. That night we sat for dinner and they went over the things they found in the box. After dinner that night, the days seemed to drag on.

That my friends is how we ended up in the car, heading to our new "pack".
