Chapter 5

During the years me and Harry still were very close. We still hung out despite the fact that we were in different years. We both made new friends though, but that didn't change us. We were still best friends.

Harry still was friends with the girl he met on his first day, Mia. Or with another guy named Nick. But he also met a guy named Niall. After a while he got pretty close with me, Zayn and Liam, who I already knew because they were in the same year as me and Stan.

Liam, Zayn, Niall, Harry and me always would go to our treehouse we made in a forest close to our school. Us 5 were pretty close.

Saturdays were our favourite days. We always did pranks on that day, or planned a prank for in school.

However, the pranks were really innocent though..

"Zayn." I hiss.

He looks up from what he was doing.

I narrow my eyes at a grumpy man from a few houses down, walking on the street. I've always disliked the man. Once Zayn, Liam and I were just playing around with a ball, but it accidently ended up in his garden. We went to ask it back though.

Bad idea.

The man punctured his ball right in front of them with a key. And he never got revenge.

"You got that water balloon done?"

Zayn makes a knot in the balloon. "Got it done." He says, while giving me the balloon.

I jump over our gate and into the bushes.

Zayn comes up behind me. "Please don't tell me you're gonna throw it at Old Grumpy."

I watch as Old Grumpy stops to get his post from his mailbox.

"Then I won't say it." I say, aiming the balloon at the man, not throwing it yet.

"You're dead." Zayn say. "You're definitely dead."

"Yup." I say, and threw the balloon at Old Grumpy's head. "Run!"

We hurry back to my house while hearing Old Grumpy cursing behind us.

 Back in our yard I sit down in the grass.

"That," I begin. "was probably the best prank we've ever done."

Zayn hums and sits next to me. "But when your mum finds out about it you're gonna be in a lot of trouble."

I shrug. "Totally worth it."

We sat there chatting for a while, when Niall, Liam and Harry came into the garden.

"Where were you guys?" Liam asks, sitting down next to us.

Before I could say anything, Zayn says "Louis did one of the dumbest things ever."

"It was worth it, Zayniekins." I say, ruffling his hair, and telling the others about our prank.

They're slowly growing up so the story's getting closer to the point I'm really excited about.

I hope it was worth the wait, I'm really bad at updating omg.
