A week had passed since that dreaded night. Nothing had really happened, no crazy media stories, no interviews with that girl. It was almost like that night didn't happen. Almost.
It happened on the way to class on Tuesday. I bumped into someone. Aha, guess who? I nearly screamed. 'Since when does she go here?!' I thought mentally cursing whatever force threw this on me. "Oh I forgot you go here." She said blankly. 'And I didn't know you were enrolled in this school.' She then got up and offered me her hand. For a while I just stared at her looking for any sign of suspicion. After what seemed like hours I finally took her hand and got off the ground. "It was good to see you again Yaten." She said with a smile while turning to leave. My face felt hot. I just stood there dumbfounded. This girl didn't squeal when she saw me or when she touched my hand, she didn't ask me for an autograph and she didn't confess her "undying love" for me. Maybe Taiki was right, maybe this one is different. My heart was beating faster than usual and I just stood there in the middle of the hall blushing not caring that there may be dirt on my outfit.
