As years and year pass for Rolla, Rolla was so confused about her life. Rolla walk in her mother room slowly and said "Mom, what are on my feet I when I'm in the ocean? And why my feet disappear when I in the ocean water?"
"You are growing my child said Samantha, while she cooking."
"But when I was six it was on my feet, when I'm in the ocean and now it getter even longer." Say Rolla.
"Can you please tell me mom, I'm eighteen year old already!" Demand Rolla.
"Okay, Okay Rolla." Say Samantha.
"Let me tell you about the thing on your feet first and than after that I'll tell you about your dad." Say Samantha.
"This is going to be so excited." Said Rolla with excitement.
"It called tails, the thing on your feet. We are mermaid and that why you don't see a lot of people in this island. We stay away from human." Say Samantha.
"Why, mom?" Said Rolla with confusing voice.
"The humans can hurt us and torture us with painfulness." Claim Samantha.
"Oh, that why you don't tell me when I was younger. Tell me about dad." Say Rolla.
"Your dad was not a merman." Claim Samantha.
"What is the meaning of merman?" Ask Rolla.
"Merman is the male of an mermaids. Your dad was a human and three months after I give birth to you he was gone forever. I loved him so much but he turn me down with pain still in my heart." Samantha sob.
"Why did dad leave you, you are so beautiful, nice, and kind." Say Rolla.
"I think the reason why he leave me are that he's human, I'm a mermaid, his parents might not want to have a daughter in law as a mermaid." Say Samantha.
" This all started to make sense now I understand what had been happen." Said Rolla while tears dripping down her soft and sensitive face.
"Time for dinner said Samantha while wiping away her tears."
