A few hours later, they found the archive: it was cold; it was dark; it was shrewd in deathly cobwebs! Gracie didn't want to go in but she new she had to. Why did things never work out for the two girls? Chink! Chink! Chink! Something metal was moving towards them. It was a spider! A spider that was a robot! A spider that was humungous! The school, which Gracie and Mia didn't want to enter again, was haunted. Haunted with ghosts; and monsters; and demons!
The two girls ran into the archive and slammed the door shut: they put 100s of old heavy books in front to stop it opening. Were they safe or was there more to come?
They wandered around the mysterious room looking for the magic book. Was it still there or had someone moved it? Was there someone lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce, like a tiger in the woods?
"Help," Gracie, who had been snatched by something, screamed, overwhelmed and scared. "Something has taken me!"
"Don't move another step!" growled something, angrily. "Otherwise the brunette gets it!"
"Give me my friend back!!!" yelled Mia at the top of her power. "We need to destroy a book. It is really important! Nobody will live if we cannot destroy the book. Who are you?"
"Why should I tell you? Your just a little girl!" screeched the stranger, smug and content.
