Chapter Six

Ally's Pov

I sat in between Stevie and Ash, facing my parents. My mom's face hasn't changed since I got here. We ate in a very awkward silence. I was getting impatient. "Why the hell am I here? You guys have not cared in the last few years. Why now?" I said. My dad looked at my mom then at me. "Your mother and I are getting a divorce. She doesn't accept the fact that I accept you and I've had enough. I'm moving out into Ash's apartment with him and I would like you to give me an opportunity to be forgiven. You at my little girl and I love you." I nodded at him. "Of course dad but why now? Why not years ago whenever she kicked me out? Why haven't you tried since then?" "I always thought she'd come around. But in the process of waiting for her to, I fell out of love for her. I've had enough. I want my little girl back." I got up and hugged him, crying a little on his shoulder. I sat back down and looked at my mother. "Do you have anything to say?" She said nothing as she got up and went upstairs. "So have you guys gotten together yet?" My dad said pointing at Stevie and I. I nodded and took her hand and put it on the table. My dad smiled. "Well Stevie, and Ash you too, I would like to thank you. Thank you for being there for Ally. I really appreciate it. Stevie, I'm sorry for the loss of your brother." He said. I smiled. I love my dad but he has changed so much and I am very proud of him. "Now Stevie it is kind of in the parenting handbook that I give you this speech. Even though I trust you won't, don't hurt my daughter. And take care of her even when she's being stubborn like her mother." Stevie looked at me. "I wouldn't dream of it,sir." Ash laughed. "Well this turned out to be an amazing evening. Dad I will give you the key to our apartment and you can move your stuff in whenever. Oh, I have my own announcement. I'm afraid I'll be leaving in a week on Monday. Duty calls but I will be back in time for Easter." He said. I hated whenever he left. It always hurt and took days to go away. With that, we said goodbye to them and Stevie and I headed home. The car ride was a comfortable silence and when we got home I took a shower. I found Stevie asleep in bed. I kneeled beside the bed facing her. "I love you my angel." I said and kissed her forehead. I seen her smile and I knew she wasn't asleep but I decided to just let her go to sleep. I covered her up and headed to the living room. I cleaned up and then joined Stevie.

At school on Monday, there was another copy of the schools newspaper on my desk. The heading read:

Its official! Ally and Stevie are Stally.

I laughed. I looked over at Jess. She looked so jealous and pissed off. Stevie came in and kissed my cheek. Jess got up and stormed out. I smirked and handed Stevie the paper. Of course she read the article. I did after she had. It said:

Its official! Ally Hills and Stevie Boebi are now the school hottest new couple. Best of luck, Stally!

It wasn't that long but it was cute. At lunch a few hours a later, Jess wouldn't stop staring at Stevie and I. I decided to piss her off some more. I got up on the table. "Yo!" I yelled, getting everybody's attention. "You see this girl right here? If you can't, her name is Stevie and she's my wonderful girlfriend. She is the best thing that's ever happened to me and if somebody, especially you Jess, has a probably with it well you can suck my invisible dick because she's mine and I'm very in love with her!" I said. I jumped down and kissed Stevie passionately. A few guys whistled and almost everybody clapped. I did a playful bow and sat down and continued eating my lunch. "What was that about?" Stevie asked. "Jess wouldn't stop staring at us but it worked because she is gone." I said looking over where Jess was. Stevie just nodded her head.

Jess was nowhere to be seen the rest of the day. Hopefully she gets the message. I dropped Stevie off at home and told her I needed to run some errands. She gave me a confused look but believed me. In reality I was going to get her ring. I went to the jewelry store at the mall and got her a 12 carrot diamond ring. I also got her a 4 Carrot diamond promise ring which was in the shape of a crown. I then went and got her some multicolored roses and an 'I love you' card that is able to record my voice. When I got home, I noticed Stevie was in the shower. I put the engagement ring, which was in a lovely box, and put it with the note in the ceiling. I sat at the table and recorded my voice into the card. I said:

Stevie, I meant every word of what I said. You are my everything. I promise to love you. I promise to be there for you. I promise to protect and cherish you. I promise to love you forever. I promise to only fight with you when it's over how amazing and beautiful you are. Or whenever you say you love me more which is so not true. I promise, baby.

I slid the card under the bathroom door and went into our bedroom. I put a multicolored rose everywhere and sat patiently on the top of the bed,leaning on the pillows. She came in with small tears on her face. She looked around the room smiled. "Did you do this all for me?" She asked. I nodded. "Come here." I said. She crawled onto the bed and sat on my lap. "Of course I did. I love you with everything I have. Did you listen to my card?" She nodded. I slid my hand into my pocket and pulled out the ring. "This ring is a representation of all my promises to you, Stevie." I put it on her finger. She put her hands around my neck and leaned me back against the headboard. She tried to do it gently but I hit my head pretty hard. "Ow!" She just laughed and held my head against her chest. "I'm sorry." She said. I kissed her neck. "Its okay. Lets go to bed." She got off my lap and snuggled into my side. "I love you, Ally." She said. I kissed her head. "I love you too, my Angel." I said and we went to sleep.

The following Saturday, my neighbor was having a party. Of course we were going. Stevie and I were dancing and we both had a few beers but nothing to bad. Stevie went to the bathroom and I was standing alone in the kitchen. "Hey. I got you a drink." A voice I knew all too well said behind me. "Jess, what do you want?" I said. "I want to talk. Just please take this drink and let's go talk." She said. I took her drink, chugged it but shook my head. "I'm not going anywhere with you." I said. We stood for a few minutes. I was waiting for Stevie but I don't know what she was waiting for. I started feeling really dizzy. "Its about time." I heard Jess say and then everything went black.

Stevie's Pov

I went to the bathroom. I couldn't stop looking at the ring Ally had given me. It was so beautiful, but not as beautiful as her. I went back to the kitchen but there was no Ally. I looked around throughout the house but none of the faces were Ally's. I saw Tyler by the door. "Where is Ally?" I asked him. "Jess said she was taking her home because she wasn't feeling well. You didn't know?" He said. "No!" I screamed and ran outside. It was no use. Ally was gone.
