I looked down at the ground, tears welling up in my eyes. I couldn't believe this was happening, the world started to spin around me, and soon enough I was inhaled into a deep black pit.
Maddie's POV:
My eyes peeled open. I batted my eyelashes, as the world around me came into focus, I peered at my surroundings, confused as to where I was. Out of the corner of my eyes I noticed 4 people come in, two of which were dressed fully in white, one of the others was a young girl, she had a worried look plastered on her face, she was gripping another woman's hand tightly, I assumed that was her mother, I had no idea why these people came to see me, nor who they were.
One of the women in white approached me cautiously. "Hello, Maddie" the name maddie sat in my head, swirling around, I was trying to remember who it belonged to or how it had anything to do with me.
