"I guess" the seven year old Gray and six year old Yuki talk while watching the snowfall

Yuki dodges effortlessly and starts her offense pegging a snowball right in the middle of Gray's forehead this continues for hours the brother and sister throwing snowballs

The two finally stop and just sit down looking at the snow while Yuki rest her head on Gray's shoulder
"Onee-chan"Yuki muttered
"hmm"Gray responded
"we'll always be together right"
"Why wouldn't we be you're my best friend"
"Pinkie promise"Yuki questioned while holding up her pinkie
"Yeah"Gray said while linking pinkies with her

That very night Deliora attacked...
"Yuki go hide" Gray screamed at Yuki
" what about you"Yuki shouted back
"Don't worry about me just go" tears filled Yuki's eyes as she ran and never turned back
a few days went by and Yuki went back to her village only to see nothing but rubble
she walked to what used to be her family's house and started digging trying to find her family
the truth dawned on her She screamed in anger and sadness
"No I made a promise that I intend to keep to Onee-chan were always going to be together don't worry Onee-chan I will find you"
Suddenly the temperature dropped
"A girl with such heart,determination and spirit you are something else"

Yuki jumped back in surprise "who are you" Yuki asked
"well I'm Fuyu a snow god" the woman answered simply
"Sno...Snow...God" Yuki whispered
"Yes and I'm willing to take you under my wing and train you in the art of snow god magic just like you wanted and help you find your brother"
"You were listening"
"Of course I was I could use a child with your enthusiasm to hang around with"The woman said while holding out a hand
Yuki reached to grab it and so her training began

"All right I did it" a ten year old Yuki leaps in the air snow and ice went with her as she was excited because she perfected a secret art move
Fuyu clapped looking at Yuki still expressing her happiness
When Yuki calmed down Fuyu got serious
"What is Fuyu-chan"Yuki asked looking worried
"Yuki I'm not going to be here for much longer"
"Wha What are you talking about I thought you were going to help me find my brother and...and"tears spilled over Yuki's eyes
Fuyu squatted to Yuki's level and started wiping Yuki's tears "Stop crying Yuki you shouldn't be crying"
"I have every right to be crying my home village was demolished my parents are dead I can't find my brother and now you're leaving me too it's like anyone or anything I care about leaves me or gets destroyed"
"But all of those things are inside you you are who you are because of what happens to you You wouldn't be the kind,optimistic,adorable,strong and confident girl you are right before me"Fuyu swooped and gave Yuki a big hug as she started fading
"Stay strong and I know you'll find you're brother" Fuyu's last words hung in the wind
"Don't worry Fuyu I will and I'll find you too"Yuki whispered to herself
Present Day
"Fairy Tail"
"yeah it's the most famous guild in the world I'm surprised you never heard of it miss"
"Sorry I'm not a local but would you happen to know any boy wizard by the last name Fullbuster"
"Matter a fact yeah Gray Fullbuster an ice make wizard one of Fairy Tail's strongest part of the strongest team"
"Really where's the guild"
"It's right down that way"
"Thank you so much"Yuki said giving the stranger a hug and she took off running in the direction he pointed in
