BILLS POV

Pinetree sat crying into my shoulder. I was holding him in my arms, he was breathing hard.

"It's okay, shh, easy. Just tell me what happened."

"B-bill, I never want to hurt you, it's m-my worst n-n-nightmare."

"I know you would never hurt me just like I would never hurt you. Where's all this coming from?" I lifted his chin so he looked into my eyes, but he pulled away.

"M-my dream. In m-my dream, I h-hurt you really bad."

"Hey Dipper, look at me. It was just a dream. I'm sure it wasn't you who hurt me either, you know what I can prove it."

"What do you mean?"

"Lay back."

"Why?"

"Just do it."

He laid back and I placed my middle and forefinger on his temples.

"Take a deep breath and clear your mind of everything except the dream."

"Okay, I'll try."

He did better than I expected, I connected immediately. I saw him running through the woods with a person chasing him. I saw him in the circle of trees with the stranger. I knew it was a dream but when I saw him hurt my pinetree, I was ready to KILL him. Then the trees, shrubs. everything melted into midnight blue walls, and Victorian age furniture.

Dipper was standing in the middle of a large room, with me cowering in front of him. He was holding a whip in his hands. I didn't understand. Dreams are conjured by thoughts in your own mind and you don't realize it. the only way this dream happened is if a dream demon manipulated his mind. i certainly didn't do it, but who would?

The dream ended, and it hit me, the only other demon who is powerful enough to do this much damage to a human mind is . . . Matt.

I opened my eyes to find Dipper looking at me with concern. I hugged him and tried to think of a way to explain this to him.

STRANGERS POV

I opened my eyes, as I said to Dipper, I am always watching.

"they figured it out at least." I said to myself. "All that's left is to destroy dipper, and in turn destroy Bill." This will be FUN."
