I hopped in my car, getting ready to take Logan to the store to get some more snacks. Logan hopped in the passenger seat."OK, Brandi and Peter are going to wait here for us," Logan told me. I nodded slightly and started the car. We pulled out of the driveway and drove towards the Walgreen's.
"I'm glad Peter is back," I told him honestly. He nodded.
"Me too babe," he said, taking my hand on the center console. We drove through a green light, and the last thing I remember was the crash and Logan.
"Babe?!"

We sat on the couch, Peter had turned on a videogames. He was playing Super Mario Kart."Dang it! I can never make that jump!" he yelled angrily. He was playing Rainbow Bridge, and he had missed a jump seven straight times. "I swear, Satan created this level or something!" He tossed the controller aside and huffed. I laughed.
"Calm yourself, Peter," I said to him, running my hand down his back calmly. He chuckled.
"No." He jokingly whipped the hair he doesn't have to the side and crossed his arms. Suddenly, Peter's phone buzzed.
"Who is it?" I asked him.
"Logan," he said. "Probably wondering what we want." He pressed the green button on his screen. "Hey man.... Uh, OK..... I can try to, yeah...... OK, we can get there soon.... Thank you for telling me.... Bye." He looked scared.
"What's up?" I asked.
"That was the hospital," he told me. "They got in an accident." I gasped.
"Oh my god, are they OK?" I asked, tears threatening to spill over.
"I don't know.... Let's get going."
