".. Bye girl." And I hang up. Why do I have to be sick when it's almost vacation? ugh. I walk sleepy to the kitchen and set some tea for myself. I see a note on the table.
"Darling, I'm going to Holly and after that I'm grocery shopping. I'll be back around 11 o'clock. If you need me just call me or dad!"

Okay so I'm home alone, well home alone with my cat. I'm really happy for Jenna that she's going to Amsterdam, she really likes to travel. I'm kinda jealous cause I want to go traveling too. Jenna asked if I could go with her, her mom said yes but my mom said no unfortunately. But Jenna said she'll take a gift with her for me! :)

It's pretty boring without Riley, she's not my only friend in my class but she is my best friend. We have known each other since 2004, in that year she moved to London, previously she lived in Doncaster. Basically we're soul mates, we have almost everything in common, we like boy bands, food, clothes, movies, music and a lot more. The only thing that is different is our hair color and that she already have gotten a few relationships. I'm forever alone. It's just all the boys I know fall for those girls who have tons of makeup on their face and dress slutty. And believe me almost my whole school is filled with those people.

I'm on my bike to Riley's house. When I arrive my phone makes a noise, the wifi is connected. Ahh true friendship.
I ring the doorbell and I hear someone walking to the door, it's her mom. "Oh Hi Jenna!" "Hi Miss. Adams." "Sweetie please for the thousand time, you can just say Susan!" "Haha oops sorry Susan." "Haha it's alright kid, Riley is upstairs."
I walk upstairs to Riley her room, when I open the door I see her laying in her bed. "Hi girl!" I say to her. "Huh, oh hi girl!" She answers sleepy. "How ya doing?" "Well I didn't thrower up for the last 2 hours." She says happily. "Yas! Good to hear cause now you probably can help me pick outfits that I'll take with me to Amsterdam?" I ask hopeful. I swear Riley is a real good outfit planner. "Hmm I don't think I feel good enough to do that.. No just kidding, but where are your suitcase and clothes then?" " I already thought of that, my mom will bring them in an half hour." "Wait she brings all your clothes?" Asks Riley confused. "Haha no, she just brings a few and then we can make some outfits with it."
"Ahh now I get it."

I'm exhausted, but it was a fun day. Riley picked some really cool outfits and she let me borrow a dress from her!
I look around my room if I have to put something in my suitcase but I think I have everything. I already bring my suitcase downstairs. "Hey sweetie! Are you done with packing?" "Yup! I got everything." And I set my suitcase on top of mum's suitcase. I go sit next to her and hug her. "This is gonna be such a cool trip! I love you mom." "I love you too sweetheart." And she kisses my cheek. "Oh and remember we're leaving tomorrow morning at 06:00 AM, so don't go to sleep late okay?" Okay mom! I think I'm gonna sleep around 9:00 PM, I'm already tired." And I yawn. "Goodnight Jenna, I love you!" "Goodnight mom!"
