Outside of Magnolia lives a rusted warehouse, right in the East forest. It's hard to find in such forest, no person that went in the East forest had ever seen such place, nor thinks it exists. As such, finding missing girls that are up to children to teenagers, have been difficult. No matter how many times you'll go into the forest, you won't have luck finding it.
So please refrain from going too deep into the forest, and be careful getting lost, you may never come out alive.
