Ch 6: Things Go Bad

Raph's POV

After Jamie sang her first song, we all cheered for her. She has such an amazing voice. Then she got her next song ready and sang.

As soon as she was done, we cheered for her again. She bowed and grabbed her box. She let the blue orb go back in the box and we all hugged her.

"That was awesome, Jamie," Mikey awed.

"Thanks you guys," she blushed.

"No problem. Well, we got to start training. Do you wanna join us?" Leo offered.

"Thanks, but it's fine. I'll probably just hang out in here," she said.

"Okay. We'll see you in a little bit," Donnie replied.

As we were walking to the dojo, I gave Jamie a look that said "I told you so." She giggled and we went into the dojo. Five minutes after we started, we heard Jamie calling us, but it sounded like she was in trouble.

"Uh guys? Can y'all come out here? Please?" she asked.

We got out and saw the Shredder and the Foot Clan. We went beside her and all of us got into defensive position.

"Well, if it isn't the Night Mistress herself," Shredder smirked.

I looked at her and she was shocked. We all were. I was the only one who knew that she was.

"It's been a long time," Shredder continued.

"What do you mean?" she harshly asked.

"You still don't remember? Five years ago at your house?" he reminded her.

She thought about it for a minute and a look of realization appeared on her face.

"You're the one who killed my family," she replied.

When I heard that, rage grew inside of me. Why would he do this to Jamie?

"That's right. Now you're coming with us," Shredder said.

The Foot started attacking. I noticed Jamie fighting until a Foot soldier grabbed her by her hair and put a rag over her mouth. She struggled to get free but then she lost consciousness.

"No!" I yelled, running towards him.

But they retreated and I couldn't help but get mad at myself for letting her get kidnapped.
