Big City

Sky POV

I woke up like any other morning, went to feed my grandmother cows, plucked the weeds in the garden and ate breakfast.

After eating breakfast I took a shower and threw on my ugly sailor uniform.

I brushed my hair out and put on my
glasses, I went down stairs to see Tsumire waiting on me.

"It took you long enough", she said.

"Stop the naggin and lets go."

"Bye, bye grandma and please remember to water the cana lilies."

"Bye dear have a good day and make sure to keep Tsumire out of your trouble."

"Gee, It shows how much you care for me," I said sarcasm dripping from my tone of speech.I couldn't help but hear Tsumire snicker behind me.

"Let's go" she suddenly said dragging my hand and leading us out through the front door.

As we were walking she suddenly brought up something that caught my attention.

'Do you ever wonder what its like living in the big city", she said staring at the boarder.

The boarder has always been there, as far as I know of. It is said it is there to part the Big city where rich and prosperous people live from us common country folks. The boarder was like the great wall of China, only farmers and sales person could go across the boarder to sell goods and merchandise. Sometimes my grandmother carried back with her rare gemstones and beads for me. She was a Pharmacist/Herbalist, she grew plants that could not be grown over the boarder and turn't them into medicine.

"Yeah..........,The Big City.

"Lets skip school today and go to the west wing side of the half finish boarder."

There was one side of the boarder that was never completed but it still didn't matter because nobody ever tried to climb it because of its height. Until we did
