I got out of the college walking huffily towards my bike. Sheera came up running towards me and said," Dear troy, don't forget to come to my brother's birthday party. I want you there by 5.30 sharp." I could feel flattery in the air.And as I expected, she added,"I hope you won't forget to buy me that new dress I saw that day."

Sheera is my girlfriend and since the time we both met, all I know we did was to exchange gifts.Okay, that's not called exchanging. Because she received,(actually she ordered me to ) and I got nothing back except her flattery words.I don't know what it feels to be in love. Because I feel the same as I do now even though I have Sheera as my girlfriend.

Sometimes she is so annoying and I tried my hard but couldn't find a single drop of love in her eyes.
So I just left the place by replying,"Yea, I know" and came off in my bike. I could feel all the eyes fixed on me and my bike.I am a boy searching for love and kindness which never seem to be interested in me. I want a meaning for my life and somehow that never came to be solved.

I could feel the cool breeze rippling into my hair and on my face. As I was going with my normal speed, a dog tried to cross the road and I was about to hit it. I applied my brakes immediately due to the mini heart attack the dog caused. The dog went inside the park nearby with a small cry. Just then my eyes was strongly fixed on a normal looking ,middle class girl with dark chocolate eyes and raven black hair. She was in casuals and canvas shoes.

There was something very curious about her and I was trying to figure out what she was talking to herself.I parked my bike a little away and I came back to the spot from where she was clearly visible.

She held 2 leaves in her hands and started speaking in a worried voice.

"Oh you yellow leaf, how beautiful you are. The world is filled with your yellow sunshine color and the beautiful flowers in this park.Everywhere you are very beautiful. On the other hand, you my green leaf, the wonder of nature. I love nature because it's filled with green color and that's because i love green. The kind of peace and calmness you bring is no way describable"

Her voice and the concern for a silly matter made me smile like an idiot and for the first time I am observing the things around. She got fed up and she was starring at the leaves in her hand, with a funny, worried face. Then that face of a child turned into a innocent face lit up with evil ideas.

But then her evil idea was to close her eyes and pick the leaf among the two. Watching her doing these silly things was great fun and I never got bored of doing that. In that way,she took a green leaf and used it as a book mark for the book she was reading.

"Hold on. Damn! For choosing a bookmark? Seriously? All this drama for just choosing a leaf for keeping in between the pages?" , I thought to myself.

Then she got up and went to play with the little kids there. I was lost in my thoughts and in the presence of her, I forgot about the whole world.

Just then, " What are you doing here?Sheera is waiting for you in the party. Did you forget about her new dress?" a familiar masculine voice shouted at my back.It was my best friend Allen. He had been my friend from class 8.

"There is still time. I was just relaxing.", I said.

"Time? Seriously? It's 6 now"

"What??? Damn!! Seriously? How could it be?"

He just stared at me vacantly and the workers from the nearby construction site were on their home back. It assured the fact the time is 6.

I just wanted to see her face before leaving. My eyes wandered from side to side. It wasn't in a place for a second. My Allen found that something was wrong with me.

"Why are you acting so different? Did any evil spirit got into you? If so, say please, I'll make Sheera as your target and I wanna escape"

"Don't be stupid,Allen. Come'n let's go"

And we just rode in bike and me in the slowest speed possible and my eyes looking for her till we reached the end of the street.
