Magnus was home alone. Alec was at the Institute and Magnus had no clue when he would be back.
Magnus was bored out of his mind. His clients had been a pain in the rear recently and he just wanted to be held.
"What do you think Chairman? When will Alec be home?" Magnus asked Chairman rubbing behind his ears.
Chairman just purred and looked at him.
Magnus started watching TV, but everything seemed to be boring.
His stomach growled.
He went to the kitchen and made a bowl or cereal.
It was 11:00 at night but, oh well.
Magnus finished his cereal and put the bowl in the sink.
He looked at the clock. 12:06
He groaned.
Magnus picked Chairman Meow up and started walking to his and Alec's bedroom.
He put Chairman on Alec's side and laid down beside him.
He fell asleep quickly.
Magnus woke up to arms wrapped around his waist and kisses being place in the back of his neck.
"Morning Alec." He grumbled seeing Alec's blue eyes peeking at him.
Alec shifted under the covers and pulled Magnus closer to him, but this time Magnus had his head on Alec's chest.
"It's not morning yet, go back to sleep."
"What time is it then." Magnus asked nuzzling Alec's chest.
Alec ran his fingers through Magnus's hair and replied
"4:30"
"Do you have to go back tomorrow?"
Magnus asked looking up at Alec.
"No, I got the day off." Alec said grinning and then kissed Magnus's forehead.
Magnus then replied "You do realize after we wake up, we are not leaving this bed."
Alec grinned and replied.
"I'm fine with that."
Then Magnus rested his head yet again on Alec's chest.
They both fell asleep.
After their day together, Magnus couldn't walk for a week.
