Dipper and Wendy were finally up, he stepped up to the man standing behind the podium "Pines for two, I called earlier to." The man interuppted abruptly "Right this way sir." He lead them to a nice table under a chandelier, the place itself was nice. It had marble walls that were illuminated by the chandeliers dancing above their heads, in every corner their was a stone column and each wall was it's own artwork. The two sat down looking amazed by the place. "Wow, how much did you pay for this date dip?" He looked at her smiling "Well, not every day you get such a good looking lady to accept a date." She blushed not expecting the suave words that came from his lips. They chatted for a minute longer before the waiter came to the table "Can I help you two to.. wait.. dipper pines? That you?" Dipper looked up at the young girl "Pacifica? Why are you working here? How you been?" She shifted looking down "Well after daddy lost his money they left, I stayed and begged mgcucket for a job, he said I was different. He pitied me and made me lead waitress here." Dipper felt bad for her glancing at his date "Well, I'm on a date at the moment, I'll come by some other time and we can catch up." Wendy was getting a bit jealous but held her tongue and let the two talk until dipper finally ordered. "I'll have a steak, medium rare. What about you Wendy?" She looked up "Just a Caesar salad for me." Pacifica nodded heading off to place their orders. "Are you really coming back to talk to her?" Dipper was amazed at the jealousy looking at Wendy "Yes, not for long but yes, she's a good girl and we haven't talked in a while." Wendy nodded sitting up "Well, how did you sleep dipping sauce?" He held up his turning it from side to side "So so, being back and seeing everyone. Bringing up memories of everything, all those fun times, makes me wish they never ended." Wendy nodded giggling "I know what you mean dip, I really do. Instead of adventures like old times I help my family cut trees and help soos manage the shack." Pacifica walled back setting their food down "Here ya go guys, a steak and a salad." Dipper smiled "Thank you Pacifica, see you later." They began eating when old mgckucet came to the table "DIPPER HOW YA BEEN ME BOY?" Dipper stood hugging the old cook I've been great, but is their anyone else I'm gonna recognize? I'd like to enjoy my date." Mgucket chuckled stepping back "Yea sorry, I'll come by the shack and we can talk." Dipper sat back down finishing his steak. "Ready to go my date?" She nodded standing allowing dipper to take her arm and lead her to the front. "So my man what's the cost?" The man stared into dippers eyes plainly "Mr Fiddlefurd payed the bill." Dipper turned and nodded to Mcgucket before leading Wendy back to the car opening the door for her "Now, I got a place where we can relax." Dipper got in starting up the car driving to the lake, he stopped and got out opening the door for Wendy "Dude, your so cliche. I love it." "Shut up and wait here." He ran off around the trees, Wendy stood there dumbstruck. After a couple seconds rose pedals began floating in the water followed by candles on little mini floats. Dipper ran back and lifted Wendy kissing her quickly but passionately spinning her in the air while he did. He finally sat her down after a minute "I love you Wendy corduroy." She blushed heavily kissing him again "I love you too dipper pines, hmm almost like we're all grown together huh?" (wink wink) Dipper went to the back of his car pulling out a blanket laying it close to the water, the two layed down Wendy put her head on dippers chest while he played in her hair. They eventually fell asleep in each others embrace.
