OC-
It was a slow day. There have been no customers and boredom was beginning to creep up on me. I looked at the clock resting on the wall. It was only 2:30. I still had two more hours before my shift was over. I groaned at the thought. Seeing as there would be no one coming, I pulled out my IPod from my apron pocket and decided it wouldn't hurt to listen to some music. I brushed back my black hair and popped in a pair of headphones.
A familiar tune started playing as I sat down in my desk chair and stared out the flower shop's multiple windows.

Sans-
"i'm heading out!" I yelled to Papyrus as I opened the front door.
"OKAY, BUT BE BACK IN TIME FOR DINNER. I'M MAKING SPAGHETTI!" He yelled back from the kitchen.
"will do, Paps."
Closing the door, I started walking through our front yard.

It's been two years since everyone was freed. Two long years of political unrest and revolts. The humans didn't take too kindly to sharing the over world with another race. Not that we expected them to, but we didn't think it would take two years until we were finally given permission to leave the camp sites of Mt. Ebott. Even then, racism was an issue and it was only vanquished through many, many peaceful protests. Now things have finally started to calm down, though the occasional violent protester or hate crime would still occur, it had finally started to seem like we were a part of society. Putting all of this behind us, we continued living normal lives. But enough of politics, today is Frisk's graduation from elementary school. The kid will be starting junior high after summer is over. Humans grow much faster than I expected, but then again, I was never good with time. I researched some customs and thought I would surprise them with flowers or balloons when I pick them up from school. Something to make the kid smile.

As I continued walking, I realized what I was doing and snickered. Quickly looking around for anyone who could be watching, I snapped my fingers.

For one  second, it was completely black and silent, but before I knew it, I was in a bright place surrounded with plants. I looked around to check if I had teleported to where I really wanted to be. It seemed like it. To my right were shelves that carried colorful pots with even more colorful flowers. It leaned against a brick wall and to my left there was a smaller shelf with seeds and compost. Right next to it was a large window. Defiantly a flower shop.

I walked past the shelves and to a new area that seemed like the entrance. There was a large glass double door next to two more large windows. I squinted at all the bright light that bombarded me and walked towards the cash registrar in front of me. Who's the poor sucker that has deal with the sun staring at them all day?

I received my answer when I saw an employee slouching on the large counter in front of me. She had her head resting on her hand and her eyes were shut. Or she was winking. I couldn't really tell due to the eye patch that covered her left eye. Wonder what happened. Upon further inspection, I noticed her headphones and the blasting music. Poor kid must have been really tired to have slept with all that noise.

I cleared my throat and loudly exclaimed, "excuse me?"

OC-
A deep voice disrupted my sleep and my eyes slowly fluttered open.

The source stood before me. A skeleton monster. The sight of him caused a knot to form in my stomach. The monster had his hands in his pockets and was looking up at me with a slightly worried expression. I must have fallen asleep without realizing it. I quickly took out my headphones and sighed.

"I'm really sorry about that sir, what can I help you with?" I responded, trying my best to smile though my exhaustion and seem calm. He smiled back and shook his head.
