Mona's POV

When David said "hey you" I almost melted in my shoes. I literally almost fainted. God that would've been embarrassing. "Hi" I said back. Almost as soon as we set out from the school it started to rain. I didn't have a jacket thanks to my jackass dad. The thought made me shiver. "Are you cold" David asked . He was apparently a gentleman. When I first met him around two years ago is was a big ass. "Yeah this fucking rain is like ice and is freezing my ass literally off." Then he did something that surprised me. He put his really thick jacket onto my shoulders and protected me fom the rain with his body. Did I mention that he has a god's body. Perfectly sculpted arms that felt hard as rock. A six pack that I could see from his damp shirt clinging onto his stomach and beautiful blac hair that was kind of floppy. I felt warm just being around him. It was a thirty minute walk that felt like one minute. I got really disappointed when we got near my house. "I'll go home this way now. If my dad saw you I would be in big trouble." He looked at me like he would do anything for me. "If you ever need me or want me to fight for you just let me know"

Back at my house: when I first went in the door this is what I saw. Absolutely nothing. Not even my dads truck. I went into the kitchen to sneak a snack.
