On a remote island, far from civilization, resides Bloodstone Academy; An elite school where only the best of the best go to attend. A students only hopes of attending were if they were born lucky, or born smart. Rumor has it that anyone who attends this school is set for life.
Because the school is so hard to get to, only a few choice students are chosen each school year. You see, it was not only an elite school, but an elite boarding school. On top of that, unlike normal boarding school, students are not allowed any contact with their families and much stay on campus at all times. No one, not even the teachers, are allowed to leave campus, even during school breaks, such as summer vacation or spring break.
So many question this; Are the students really lucky? Or are they just very Unlucky? Surely they must not be smart! Because no one in their right mind would choose to attend such a school where hopes turn to despair.
