Jacob and I were starting to feel a bit uneasy when the cops yelled for us to open up. Neither of us could decide whether or not to open the door. I stood there shaking so i glanced over at Jacob who for some reason had a big grin on his face.
"Well it was our fault for deciding to ditch school" Caleb says to me as he begins smirking.
"HEY! IT WAS YOUR DAMN IDEA TO DITCH!!! NOT MINE!!!" I yell to Jacob and he looks at me like I'm crazy.
"Hey Caleb don't yell they'll know we are in here. So calm down. Please."
"Ugh okay fine. Ill stop yelling. But what do we do from this point??"
"Go out the window of course"
I look at Jacob like he is absolutely insane but then I grab his hand and pull him to the back of my house and go to the furthest window from the front door and open it.
"Well what are you waiting for??" I said looking at Jacob worried.
"Im not going through that window we could get caught"
"Then what do you expect us to do then??"
"Open the damn door like normal people!!!"
"But what if they decide to take us back to school?"
"Oh well then they take us back"
"We could get suspended though"
Jacob then shoots me a glance and says "We got ten seconds"
"Shit fine!" I said as i slowly walked to the door.
"You got five seconds to open up before we barge in!" The cops decided to yell. The moment they yelled that I panicked and ran towards the window but Jacob caught me and made sure I stayed inside the house.
"Jacob what are you doing?"
"I cant let you leave we are in this together remember that"
"Im sorry I guess I'm just scared"
