Chapter one

The guy and the girl ran as fast as they could..
"Kieran run faster..come on we're almost there"..

"I can't Em...it hurts so much.I just can't..go on without me,save yourself.I'll only slow you down.

"no" she said."I won't leave you.I'll drag you there myself if I have to.come on..just try"

"you know I can't em..just remember this.I lo-..he was cut off when an arrow entered his back.

"Kieran!!" the girl shouted..

"Emma don't!"he said as she ran to his side."you have to run..run away Emma"

"Kieran I can't..I just can't lose you"..another arrow whizzed past their heads and hit a tree.

Run Emma...go meet her.I love you.

"I love you too Kieran..so much."..She kissed him,got up and started running.She heard the sound of an engine following her and she ran faster.When she got to an opening in a bush,she stooped down and held out her hands and a beautiful little girl ran into her arms.

"mommy,where's daddy?"the little girl asked.

"daddy went somewhere darling"..Emma replied.

"When's he coming back?"

"he's not coming back,Izzy..daddy's not coming back"she said in tears.

When she got up with the child in her arms and turned around,she saw two teens standing there with weapons pointed at her.Then they saw the baby and dropped them.

"go away with your baby.we won't make her an orphan."the girl said.

Emma thanked them,put her baby on her back,and transformed into a beautiful golden-brown wolf and ran away.

"I think we're getting soft,Brent.we just let her go like that."the girl said.

The boy answered.
"we're not getting soft,K..we just couldn't kill her in front of her daughters eyes."

"well we're gonna have to explain to HQ why only one of them was killed."

"ohh yeah...not looking forward to that"he said with a grimace.
