Chapter 3: you can try and run

SOLSTICE P.O.V:

After I burst out of the office I knew he would follow so I ran as fast as I could down every hall too confuse him. "why are you running I want my mate" my wolf started to whine

"would you rather him dead then alive you know what will happen if they found out" I snapped at her

"I know I will help you out then but when this is over we are coming back right" she asked hopefully

"yes" I promised her

she yipped happily in my mind as she told me to run upstairs to the highest staircase and wait. I got up there and a while later angry Alpha started walking towards me panting heavily

"I'm really sorry about this it's not you it's me"I told him as I stood on the railing of the spiral staircase.

"what do you mean?" he asked confused

"in time dear mate" I said sadly

"WAIT" was all I heard as I turned and jumped down 4 stories and landed softly. I turned around and saw a stunned and angry Alpha staring at me from the top of the stairs. I blew a kiss to him as I sadly turned on my heals and and ran out of the pack house.

ALEXANDER P.O.V:

"We have to find her" my wolf Gabriel kept saying to me as I followed her scent up and down every corridor was she lost?

"I know we have waited to long for her to just get up and leave" I replied a little angrily. I was probably running for about 10 minutes but I still didn't see her. "How is she still running and this fast still" I thought to my wolf panting

"I don't know but she smells different like a wolf but also pure, not virgin type pure no more pure then that" my wolf told me confused as well. We ran right back up to the top floor and at the otherside of the hallway was her standing right at the staircase. I could feel her watching me through the hood of her cloak, what was with the cloak anyways "she's hiding something" my wolf told me.All of a sudden she started to speak her words were sad but sounded soft and angelic

"I'm sorry about this it's not you it's me"

what is she talking about something is definitely up"what do you mean" I asked.

she sighed "in time my dear mate" she said as she turned and jumped off the railing.

"WAIT" was all I yelled at her as I got to the edge of the railing and watched as she landed lightly without a scratch on the first floor. Now I know she's hiding something I couldn't even do that and I was Alpha. She must have noticed me staring because she blew me a kiss and burst through the doors to outside. I stood there staring until my beta came up behind me and said

"she is different isn't she"

"Ya but how would you know" I asked him confused

"well when we found her, she was sitting ON her wolf, she had been cocky to a demon killed him with a sword and somehow brought Chase back to life, and above that she out ran you and jumped 4 stories up without hurting herself and she RESISTED THE MATE BOND" he said putting emphasis one the last few words.He was right but the only way I'm going to find out why was through her.

"get some people rounded up we are going to find her" I commanded my beta he nodded and went to get some people while I burst down stairs and out the door.Once outside I yelled out "You can run but I have waited to long for you I will find you"

JASON P.O.V:

After my chat with the Alpha I ran back to his office.

"Jaxon, Chase you are coming with me to help the Alpha search for the rogue" I told them using my beta voice

"yes beta" they replied together

I turned to leave when

"Why did Sola leave" it was little Dylan I forgot he was there

" I don't know Dylan but we are going to find her" I told him

"then I'm coming" he stated

"no your not its to dangerous we just found a demon earlier your staying here" I used my beta tone on him. Dylan seemed out of it for a second but when he answered he said

"I can go and you can't do anything about it" he replied smiling while heading to the door.

"Dylan STOP" I said using all my power

"can't make me" he said while he continued to walk. it didn't even effect him I turned to the other 2 who were also in shock.What just happened.
