Warning: This book will contain cursing, drugs and some mild sexual teasing and imagery.
I, Lilianna Frost am not one to admit doing mistakes but this time, I might have slightly crossed the line. At least, that's what my parents think. I mean, was it really my fault that Jesse Parker, the hottest guy in school had a party. He was the last guy on my list and I just had to get him! Plus, research shows he might like me. By research, I mean my best friend Madeleine, who knows everything.
Since my parents had grounded me that day, I had to sneak out; didn't I? I had to attend that party! So, I did. And what happened there was all my fault... So, they decided to literally send me to The Land Of The Mooses to live with my Aunt Dolly and my Uncle Eddie. They were supposed to turn me into the cute and obedient little girl they've always wanted. Unforttunately for them, I wasn't going to change. Nope. Not one tiny bit.
That's why I was sitting there, in a car, driving me to my aunt and uncle's house. The rain was pouring that day, making the windows blurry and I couldn't see quite clearly. I hadn't talked to my parents since they decided to ship me off. My mom always turned around and checked on me in the car, worried. But I wasn't going to simply give in to her. So, I never returned a glance. Then, for about the one hundreth time she turned around, she sighed and said, in a worried but parently manner.
"Sweet Heart, you can't just keep on ignoring us. We understand if your mad at us, but this is really for the best, I promise. "
Mad at them? I was more then mad. They can't just send me away, even if I did cross the line. I was their daughter, they couldn't simpy get rid of me! I hadn't seen my aunt and uncle since I was 8, so it's pretty much like living with stranger. They couldn't just talk me away from my friends, my school, my life! It was more then being mad at them, they had ruined my life! I turned towards her, shot her a mean glance and turned back to the blurry windows. So, actually; I could keep on ignoring the, and I would do it.
She sighed again and turned towards the front, before speaking again.
"You know, this won't be as bad as you think... Your school is really good and i'm sure you'll meet many new friends. Aunt Dolly and Uncle Eddie are really nice people, and Canada is a really nice place. "
I rolled my eye at her; even if she couldn't see it. Canada? Canada was like the middle of nowhere comparing to my hometown; Washington. And make new friends? How old did she think I was! I'm 16 and by that age, everybody has their little group of friends all !uilt up and they won't let me in. In other words, my life was over. I mean, it won't be as bad? Yeah right! That was like saying that killing innocent little animals wasn't that bad... They ruined my life! They slowly extinguished it in front of my eyes!
I glanced at my phone, peeking out of my new designer bag given to me by Madeleine on my birthday. The screen flashed; signalling an new text. I grabbed my phone by it's sparkly case with a pop out bow attached to it. What could I say, even being the rebel I was, I loved anything that was cute and that included sparkles and bows. I opened the text message. I smiled seing who it was from. Madeleine.
Hey Gurla! How's it going? We're going to miss you a lot... What did you do that was so bad that they sent you off? You haven't told me!
I sighed, looking down at the text. What had hapened that night? I remembered it clearly.
Flashback
As I entered the house, it truly was a wild party. The music was blasting really loud, bottles of alcohol were all over the floor and a bunch of drunk people were making out half naked in the middle of the wide dancefloor. I glanced down at my outfit, a tight black dress that hugged my curves and stopped right above my knees. Maybe I should have dressed better, I thought, grabbing a strand of my orange hair and pulling it back.
As I advanced through the floor, I spotted Jesse near a bar. As soon as he saw me, he smiled and waved me over. I strutted over, trying to look as sexy as possible. After all he was my new prey. I sat down next to him and started talking while biting my lip. His eyes kept on scanning my body, and I smiled in victory. He leaned in, about to kiss me and that's when a piercing scream was heard...
End of Flashback
I shuddered, just thinking about that piercing scream that rang through my ears. I couldn't possibly tell her wha had happened, but I new I had to answer. I pressed on the reply button and started writing back.
Hey Maddy, I can't believe they sent me off either. I'm fine; thanks for texting. And nothing bad happened at the party, they were just mad because I sneaked off, you know...
I sent the text. I wasn't going to tell her the truth, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. How could I, after all, tell her what I did. Right when I put my phone back in my bag, the car screeched to a stop.
" Sweetie? We're here!" Said my mom, in a happy sing song voice.
The rain has stopped and I glanced up at the house in front of me. I couldn't believe what was in front of me.
Hey guys! So, sorry if this was a bit short, I didn't have much time. She'll remember what happened at the party bit by bit, I can't give it all away in the first chapter! I hope you like it. This chapter is dedicated to april_grace; for the help with the summary. Thank you!
