Kisara stired in her bed as her alarm began to ring. She slowy reached up and switched it off. Sitting up, she began to stretch, it was her first day working at Kaiba Corp. Walking towards her closet, she began to browse for something suitable she could wear for her first day. Coming across a white blouse and a tan skirt, she reached down and grabbed her bacl heels and ran into the bathroom, turning on the shower. Grabbing her toothbrush, she applied the toothpaste, raised it to her mouth then froze. Her eye was outlined in a shade of purple. Kisara began to tremble, at the thought of her father hitting her. Sighing, she began to brush her teeth. Grabbing her mouthwash, she rinsed. Stepping out of her gown, she slide into the shower and began to wash quickly.

Turning off the water, she stepped out, grabbing her towel, and opened the cabinet and grabbed her makeup bag. Spreading it all over her counter, she began to apply the foundation to cover up the bruise under her eye. Soon after, following with her eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. Then applying a little bit of blush and her lipstick, she grabbed her clothes and slipped them on. Grabbing her hairbrush, Kisara began to brush through her long beautiful white hair, and pulled it up into a ponytail. Slipping on her heels, she looked at her reflection in the mirror, the brusie wasn't as visible as it was before. Smiling to herself, she grabbed her purse and opened her bedroom door. Glancing down the hall, no sign of her father. Quietly walking down the stairs, she walked into the living room, towards the front door, there laid her father on the couch, snoring loudly, with a beer bottle in his hand. Kisara opened the door slowly and closed it behind her, and began her way towards the subway station.

Kisara reached the entrance at Kaiba corp at 9:19. Walking in, she walked to the receptionist. "Good Morning," the woman said, not even looking up at her. "Can I help you?" "Yes, I'm here to see Seto Kaiba, I'm begining to work here today as his personal assistant." The woman looked up at her and laughed. "Oh please, personal assistant?!  Please leave before I call security on you." "You will do no such thing, Ms. Kawagachi!" a small voice exclaimed. Kisara looked over and there stood Mokuba. "Oh, Mr. Kaiba!" "This is Kisara, and she is a part of our staff as of today. Failure to show her respect will result in termination in your position, am I clear Ms. Kawaguchi?" "Yes sir, Mr. Kaiba." Ms. Kawaguchi nodded. "Very well, please follow me, Kisara."  Kisara nodded and followed Mokuba towards the elavators. "Seto is on the ninth floor, I'll be up sometime later." Mokuba smiled, opening the doors for her. Kisara stepped on, "Alright." she smiled. She watched Mokuba wave goodbye as the doors closed. Pushing the ninth floor button, her heart began to pound. Her heart rate began to race faster and faster as she passed each floor. Finally the elavator dinged, opening up to the ninth floor. Taking a deep breath, she stepped off, and began to walk down the hall.

Kisara stopped in front of a door that read "Seto Kaiba: President" Straightening up her clothes, she knocked on the door. "Come in!" his voice boomed from inside. Grabbing the door handle she turned it and pushed open the door. Inside sat Seto behind a desk typing something onto his computer. "Good Morning, Seto!" she smiled. Seto looked up, "Ah, Kisara! You made it!" he exclaimed, standing up, wrapping his arms around her in a big hug. Kisara blushed, "So, this is your office." she said, looking around in amazement. She walked over towards the window, taking in the view of Domino City. "Our office." he said, walking up beside her, looking at her stare in amazement. "So, shall we get started with our work?" Kisara asked, looking in his direction. "Ye-" he stopped, something caught his eye. Kisara blinked, "Seto, whats wrong?" "You're eye, it looks swollen." Kisara looked down. "Did someone hit you?" he asked, with a hint of worry in his voice. "N..No! I fell is all, I slipped in the kitchen last night! You know, same old clumsy Kisara!" she forced a laugh. Seto sighed, "Alright, shall we get started?" Kisara nodded. "That is your desk over there, I want you to answer the phone each time it rings, and take care of the accounting and organize my files. Is that fine?" Kisara nodded. "Yes sir!" Seto smiled, "Alright," he picked up some files from his desk, "I want you to organize these first, they are the contestants of a new local Dueling tornament that Kaiba Corp is hosting next weekend. If you need any help, just let me know."  Kisara nodded, taking the files and sat at her desk.

Seto sat back down and began to work on his computer. Kisara was keeping something from him, but he just couldn't place it. She was always keeping things about her personal life away from him. When they were little, she'd come to the orphanage with a different cut, scrape or bruise and blame it on her clumsiness. Something was just now right and he was going to get to the bottom of it, no matter what it took!
