Reason

Derek's POV

They took Stiles into a private room to do test on him, so I have to wait

Outside again he's been asleep the whole time I've been here.

"Derek?" Melissa says.

I look up at her and quickly get up. "Any news on Stiles?" I said worry in my voice.

"The test results, they um, their nothing like we've seen." She says trying to find her words.

"What do you mean?"

"They have little images that shouldn't be there."

"And you don't know what they are?"

"No I'm sorry Derek."

"No don't be sorry thank you Melissa." She nods her head and walks off to her desk.

I punch the wall so hard that my hand goes through I don't care if someone saw me or not.

"Whoa! You don't want anyone to see you."

I'd recognize that voice anywhere I push him against the wall and hold him by his collar.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I said full of rage.

"What I can't check on my nephew or even see if his boyfriend is alright?" Peter says.

"Last time you were here you tried to kill Stiles!"

"I tried to give Stiles what he wanted." He says taking my hand off of him.

"Anyways I came here for a reason."

"And what reason is that." I said backing away from him.

"There could be someone who knows about Stiles condition." He says with a smirk.

"If you're trying to tell me that I can save Stiles just tell me." I said starting to get angry.

"There's a cost."

"I don't care."

"But think about what you'll be losing."

"I don't care about power not anymore. I just care about Stiles."

"Fine it's your loss." He takes a breath.

"There's a woman in the high mountains she lives in a cabin some

"Nobody said anything about Stiles dying!"

"I know you know he's dying. You can smell his flesh rotting away so don't lie to yourself."

I look at my side its true I can I can't lie to myself anymore.

"And Stiles will be okay?"

"More than okay I bet he'll forget about your fight when he figures out you saved him."

I look through the window where Stiles should be.

"Okay I'll go tell Scott I'll be back soon." I start to walk away.

"Better hurry he's running out of time!" Peter yells from the hallway.

I continue to walk out of the hospital and get in my car I'm going to save Stiles.
