Part Ten

Harry's POV

After a few days, my baby was back to her usual bubbly self. But during those few days, it really took a toll on me by just how much she has endured her whole life. So, later on today I decided to throw a surprise party for Jess to celebrate to her feeling better. I hope she loves it.

Jessica's POV

When I woke up on the couch, I saw that I was alone. Thats weird. Thinking that Daddy was just making breakfast for me, I shrugged it off. I crawled into the kitchen only to find that he wasn't there. Me being curious, I walked down the halls to his office. The one place I almost never go to. Daddy always says that the things in there are for, "big girls and boys only", so basically I'm not allowed in there. I opened the door and saw him sitting at his desk, typing away on whatever was on the labtop screen. I made my way over to him. "Good morning Daddy!" I cheered. He just glanced at me, not even smiling, and went back to typing. I frowned a little and held out my arms so that he can carry me, but he just shoo'ed me away. "Jessica I don't have time right now. Why don't you go play?" He said, clearly getting irritated. As soon as he said that, my face fell, and I trudged back upstairs. Deciding that I have should change myself, I went into my closet and picked out a black tee with a red checkered flannel and dark blue skinny jeans. I slipped on a pair of socks and left the room. If he wants to ignore me, so should I.

Time skip because I'm boss like that**

Harry's POV

The party has already been set and done thanks to the boys, and I'm planning to take her to the place after dinner. So far she has been completely ignoring me since this morning and hasn't come out of the playroom since lunch, so I'm guessing she's mad at me. Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely HEARTBROKEN that I hurt her like this. But once I surprise her, I think she will forgive me and understand why I have been doing this. "Jess, dinners ready!" I screamed. I just heard tiny feet padding against the floor as she appeared and sat at the dining table. Dinner has been pretty quiet, so I tried to make conversation. That didn't go too well. "So Jessica, are you feeling better?" I asked casually. "Just fine." She stated, without any emotion. I sighed. "Alright I know your a bit upset b-" she cut me off. "A BIT?! YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED ME ALL DAY AND NOT ONCE DID YOU COME TO CHECK UP ON ME!!" She screamed, her face turning red. "Jessica Styles!! You do not talk to me that way!!" I yelled. "I wouldn't be talking to you this way if you would just care and love me for once.. I thought I had someone there for me, someone who actually cared. I guess I was wrong!" She stood up and ran off, leaving me shocked. I didn't know my baby felt THIS bad. I feel terrible...

Jessica's POV

After I ran upstairs, I slammed my door and crawled under my covers, with my head to my pillow. "I thought someone actually cared. He doesn't love me.." I said, talking to my teddy bear. As soon as I said that, I felt two arms wrap around my waist. "Sweetheart, of course Daddy loves you." He whispered. "Then why have you been ignoring me? I thought I didn't something wrong!" I felt tears brim my eyes and before I knew it, I let out a small sob. "Aww honey, come here.." He wrapped his arms around me and brought me on top of his chest. He wiped off my tears with his thumb and sighed. "Baby I'm sorry if I made you feel this way, i-i just wanted to surprise you for a special party I was going to throw for you tonight. I love you baby girl and I just wanted to celebrate for you being well.." He said, tears dripping down his face. "I'm so sorry kitten, I didn't know.." He trailed off. "No, Daddy I'm sorry. I didn't know you were throwing me a surprise party, and I'm sorry I yelled at you. I was just hurt because I thought you didn't love me, and" "Cupcake I will always love you. Always." He smiled at me. I smiled back and hugged him. "So much for the surprise huh baby?" He joked. I giggled. "Yes daddy. But can we still go, pleeeease??!" My headspace already slipping in. He laughed. "Sure love. Let's just get changed and we can go." We got ready and walked out the door, hand in hand.
