The Scare

I woke up frightened,

I was expecting to have a nice calming day today, instead I wake up with Savannah missing,

I immediately got up and started looking around the building, saying her name constantly, freaking out and what other twelve year olds would do, is to start asking everyone else and describing her appearance,

Apparently they help only Humans, they have little appreciation for Heteros, meaning that they did see a wolf, and they just don't want to say anything about seeing her,

I was scared, I didn't even know where she could have gone, she scared me because of this, and I didn't know how to handle it, I just lost my little sister,

I go back to the hotel, pretty sad and mad at myself, I lay on the bed and I think of what had happened back there at the village, I started to cry a little, I was being irresponsible of my own Little Sister, and I lost her,

I heard a faint howl, the howl of my sister, like something had happened to her, or that she had met another wolf, but I took my chances,

I ran out of the building and I was running towards the howl,
