Opening my eyes, I feel slighty disoriented as I try to gather where I am. Stifles of laughter behind me only confuse me more, that is until I look down and realize that I am completely naked. I hide my privates and stand quicker than the Flash himself. I hear hoots and howls and look behind me to see the other members of my pack.
"Hey there sexy. Wanna get together later?" asks Jeremy as the entire group bursts into laughter.
I run over to a big oak where I always have a back up pair of clothes, for instances like this. Moving some leaves and tree branches, I can't find my black nike bag. Before walking back to the group I find the biggest leaf and recover my privates.
"First off, no I will not get together with you and second where in the hell are my clothes?" I ask.
"Well we don't have your clothes. Are you sure you didn't misplace them?" Michael asks as he tries to be serious.
"No, I did not misplace them. Where are they and if you don't tell me I will do something you all will regret," I say sternly.
Inside I am laughing. They have no idea what I am capable of. Let's just say I am the daredevil of the group. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty.
"Oooo we are so scared," Alex replies, pretending to run away and be scared, which makes them laugh harder.
"Okay. Don't say I didn't warn you."
Without a second thought in my head, I drop the tree branch I am holding and start dry humping the air while singing, I'm too sexy for my shirt.
"Whoa!" they all yell and turn away.
"You like what you see now Jeremy. Still want to get together?" I ask trying to contain my laughter, which is super impossible.
"Fine dude you win. Your bag is in that tree next to you," says Alex. They burst into yet another fit of laughter.
My mouth drops open because for the first time in my life I am nervous and not sure I want to do this. First off, I am butt naked. Second I will have to shimmey up the tree butt naked. This is going to be painful. I walk around the tree trying to find the best or easiest way to do this. I certainly don't find the easiest way, but I sort of found a way.
Grabbing ahold of the lowest tree branch, I pull myself up off the ground. This is a start. Now all I have to do now is not fall. As I continue my treacherous journey, I can hear the jerks cracking jokes and laughing at me.
"Man, look at that ass. Can I still get a piece of it?" asksJeremy.
As you can see Jeremy is the big jokester of the group. He loves playing pranks on people, so when he gets the chance he never turns it down. He is quite the ladies man. If his jokes don't get them, his chocolate colored eyes and short dark black hair will.
"No, but I will have your ass after I get down from here!" I yell back.
"Oh shit Jeremy I think you are going to be in soooo much trouble," Michael says to Jeremy.
Michael and Jeremy have been best friends ever since grade school, when they pulled pranks on each other at the playground. They have been pretty inseperable since. Michael used to live in Miami, Florida, but moved here to take care of his sister Alisha, who died of cancer two years ago.
"I'm so not scared of the big bad wolf. Bring on this so called ass whooping," he says as he slaps his ass a few times.
I finally reach the bag and throw the strap over my shoulder. Looking down, I realize I am really high up. It is a good thing that I am not deathly afraid of heights, unlike Alex.
Alex is pretty much scared of his own shadow, except when he is in wolf form and then he becomes this fearless beast ready to take on the devil himself. Alex is an orphan and has been on his own since he was seven. His real father and mother were addicted to cocaine really bad. When he was born they just threw him into a dumpster. A woman by the name of Katie, heard him crying and took him to the orphanage. Over the years he has been through ten different orphanages. When he was seven, he realized no one was going to ever come for him, so he ran away.
Slinking my way back down the tree, I reach the bottom and get dressed. The clothes felt soft against my skin, as I slide them on. I don't really dress to impress. To be honest I always stay under the radar. A pair of blue jeans and a comfortable t-shirt preferably black.
I walk up to Jeremy and punch him as hard as I can in the arm. He doesn't even flinch.
"Was that supposed to hurt?" he asks mockingly.
I just stare at him and in a flash I bolt at him with lightning speed, tackling him to the ground. My fist makes contact with his face several times, as we wrestle. I am a very competitive person when it comes to fighting. Sometimes I tend to lose control. I roll Jeremy onto his back and pull his right arm behind him, as far as I can without breaking it.
"OWWWWWWW! Alright, alright. You win," he screams.
I pull myself off of him and stand tall and proud. "That will teach you to not fuck with my stuff," I reply grinning from ear to ear.
"Yeah yeah! Who's hungry? I could totally go for a pizza right now," Jeremy says.
All of the pack agrees, except Sean. Sean is like our pack leader. He is the first one of our group to become a werewolf. To be honest with you I don't really know much about Sean. He is the quietest of us. We have asked him questions, but he just seems to ignore us. The weird thing about it is, is that I feel as if I have known him all my life.
"Well Sean, can we go grab a bite to eat?" asks Alex.
"Yeah, just be careful. You all know what your alibi's are right?" he asks staring at each member of the pack.
We all nod in agreement. Waving us away with his hand, Michael, Alex and Jeremy bolt towards my house. I linger behind, trying to remember what happened. Blurry images of last night flooded my eyes. The fear in his eyes, her screams filling the cool night air. The last image I see is myself staring deep into the womans dark green eyes and then visciously ripping her head off. I stop and cringe. These images will never go away. I continue on my way to the house to catch up with the guys. Looking back I see Sean walking the opposite direction. He never comes with us into town and none of us know the reason.
Reaching the house, the guys are already in my black hummer, yelling and screaming for me to hurry up. I run into the house grab my keys and hop in.
"Okay, now let's go get some chow," I say pulling out of the driveway. Kicking it into gear I slam on the gas, squealing my tires and peeling out towards town.
