Death is a mere obstacle. The first thing after the crash was black. Now it's white.

I woke up and looked at myself. I wore a small white dress with no straps. It went down to my mid thigh and my body was spotless.

"Hello?" I said to the white oblivion in which I stood. "Hello? Oh no, am I... dead?" I said trembling.

"Not yet, girl." A familiar voice spoke. I turned to see Karen in the same dress "You aren't dead, not just yet."

"Karen! It's so good to see you again!" I smiled.

"I wish I could say the same."

"Are you doing alright?"

"Alright? Girl, I'm dead."

"H-how did you die?" I asked putting a hand on her shoulder.

"I was eaten. By that awful creature.."

"I'm so sorry, Karen!"

"Look, don't worry about me. I had been dead for over 2 thousand years before they woke me up. I'm fine with this. Please, don't mourn over me. There isn't a point in doing so."

"Okay. I'll try not to." I sniffed.

"Now listen, we don't have much time-"

"Lauren?" Another voice rang. "Lauren, is that you?"

I turned to see Austin.

I walked towards him and Karen began "Lauren, I don't think you should-"

"Austin! Your-"

"I'm dead! Why didn't you save me, you ungrateful bitch!" He yelled.

"I had no idea that Trinity was going to do something like that! None of us did!"

"You still left me to bleed out!"

"Look, if we knew that Trinity was vampire, we wouldn't of left her out there with you!"

"That doesn't change anything! I'm still dead! I wasn't suppose to die, you bastard!" He slapped me.

"Girl, you might want to get out of there. Austin won't accept his death and won't allow himself to enter the afterlife. He is turning into a raged and angry spirit. He isn't safe."

"Yeah, I think I'm starting to understand that!" I said and started running away from him.

"Wait, Lauren, there's someone else who wants to see you!" Karen yelled.

"Someone else? Who?" I asked.

"Hello, Lauren." Jeremy's voice said gently.

I turned around and screamed "Jeremy!"

"Lauren, we don't have much time. You can't stay here."
