AOT Spanking One Shots

Ah, new story. Yeet.
Also, it starts out a bit abrupt because I originally had it to have an actual story line and shit, but eh. It's just a oneshot.
There will be future chapters, with different pairings.
This one has Eren spanking Levi ouo.

Everyone finished suiting up and training began. They had to go through the woods and slice all of the titan mannequins set up. Simple enough. Levi had rode on his horse and kept an eye on Eren, but Eren didn't notice. He was too busy concentrating on beating Mikasa for once. He wanted to cut deeper than her. They flew through the woods at a high speed, but then suddenly Eren looked down and noticed Levi was following him. Eren crashed into a tree, his nose breaking. The teen fell to the forest ground clutching his broken nose. "Shit!!" Levi said under his breath and rushed over to Eren. "Jaeger! Are you alright, boy?" Levi said helping him up. Armin and Mikasa had started rushing over to see what happened. "I think I broke my nose...."
They took him to the hospital wing, and got him bandages.
"Jaeger."
"Yes Corporal?"
"What the hell is wrong with you?? You need to pay more attention to your surroundings, what if that practice was the real thing and you crashed straight into a titan?? You'd be dead."  Levi lifted Eren and placed him over his shoulder and started walking away from the hospital wing.
"C-captain..?"
"Hush, Jaeger."
Levi carried him all the way to his room.  Levi's room was spotless, as anyone would assume.  Levi set Eren down on his bed, crossing his arms and looking him in the eyes.
"Well?" He said.
Eren looked down at his hands, "I-uh.. Um.. I don't.. I don't know.. Corporal..."
"You can call me Levi, Eren. But what the hell was that?? Why weren't you paying attention? You could have been hurt more than you are now!!!"
Levi scolded the younger man, and Eren just sat still playing with his hands.
"So? Why we're you distracted??"
There was a pause.
".....y-you.."
"Hm??"
"You, sir!!!"
Levi stared at him. "Excuse me," he raised an eyebrow, "how in the hell would I have distracted you?? I wasn't even near you!"
Eren frowned. Was he... Lying? Or trying to make it seem like he wasn't stalking him..?
Eren stood up.
"Listen here, I SAW you following me during training!! I looked down and you we're riding on your damn horse under me!!! And that's when I crashed!" Eren sat back down and pulled on Levi's arm. Levi fell over Eren's lap, the wind knocked out of him. His eyes went wide. Was he...
Eren raised his hand and slammed it down on Levi's ass.
"What the fuck?!!" Levi screamed.
How DARE Eren spank him!!
Eren spanked him again.
"You scold me because I got hurt because of you?! That's bullshit, Levi! And you know it!"
Levi pulled on the bed sheets. God damn, the kid was strong.
"You just didn't want to admit that you we're watching me!!"
"E-Eren.. Stop it.. Please.."
Eren looked down and Levi. Holy fuck, he was crying. He NEVER cries. Eren spanked him a few more times, then stopped, pulling the older, smaller man up and hugged him.
"Eren..."
"Yeah..?"
Levi slapped him in the face.
"You're a dick."
"Thanks."
