Leevi's P.O.V +
I went out to the garden, setting up the targets as William helps Isabelle get the bow and arrow in the right places.
I got out of the way, just in time as she let go of the arrow
I noticed Lauren coming to us and bit her lower lip slightly, as she went closer to Will and Belle
She said something to them, and they nodded, before scurrying off to differant places
Lauren got a pained look, as she held her cheek and came over to me
"My parents are having a ceremonial thingy and need you in the ball room a.s.a.p" She told me
"What's wrong with your cheek?" I asked he
"It's nothing. I've just got a bit of toothache"
"Lauren, I can read you like a book, you're lying"
"Fine" She sighed, moving her hand, revealing a large, purple bruise on her face "Peyton slapped me yesterday"
"I going to kill him" He growled
"Lee, it's fine" She told me calmly, holding my hands still "Bailey's already done something about it"
"How does Bailey know about it and not me?" I asked her
"He was there when Peyton slapped me, so he brought me home"
"Oh. But you still could've told me"
She nodded, before grabbing my hand "My mom said a.s.a.p. It took me half an hour to find you and then five minute chatting" She laughed a little, as we began walking
"This feels more than alright" She told me "I like this feeling"
I stopped walking, but kept hold of her hand, resulting in her stopping unexpectedly and bashing into my chest
"I didn't mean to say that" She whispered
"It's okay" I told her, letting go of her hand and hugging her. I felt sparks when she wrapped her arms around my waist
Damn her for being short. And younger than me.
I felt my heart pumping in my chest ten times as fast
"C'mon. I dont want to keep your parents waiting" I pulled away from the hug and started walking toward the castle
William's P.O.V +
As Isabelle and I scurried off in our differant directions, Lauren looked at Leevi and got a pained look in her eye, as she held her cheek again. Bailey told me that Peyton had slapped her.
I saw Rebekah with Bailey and went over to them
"Is Lauren alright?" Bailey asked worriedly
"I think her cheek hurts again" I told him
"She looked really bad this morning. Her hair was a mess, her face was so pale, apart from where her bruise is, and she looked ill" Bekah told us, a worried expression on her face "Do you think it's something worse than just being slapped and forced to marry Peyton?"
Bailey and I exchanged worried looks
"She told me she was still a virgin" Bailey said
"I don't know" I admitted "Because we all went to Nick Goldforpe's party, and there was beer. Lauren did get pretty drunk"
"She didn't hang with any of the guys, did she?" Bekah asked
"I remember dancing with His sister, Sasha and seeing Lauren going up the stairs with Blake feilds" I bit my lower lip "But if she can't remember.."
"That party was over 2 months ago" Bailey stated
I turned my head to see Leevi and Lauren walking towards the palace.
"I need to go help with festival" I told them
They nodded and I ran toward the castle, going to the ball room
I got my task from the king and went to go do it. Help with the banners and things. Easy peasy.
I grabbed a few balloons and blew them up, tying them and tying the string around them.
"Will" Lauren said from behind me, as I put a banner up
"Hm?" I asked, turning around
"You know when we all went to Nick's party?"
"Yeah" I nodded
"I think I had sex with Blake because I've been sick this morning, I was sick yesterday, and I haven't come on my period in the past two months" She told me quietly
I got off the ladders, and pulled her in for a hug
"Im scared, Will" She whispered
"Why're you scared?" I asked her
"Because we- Im only 16"
"Actually, you're 256. So you're perfectly fine"
"I feel old now" She whined
Lauren's P.O.V +
I've only told William I think im pregnant. I know that he wont tell any body because he can keep secrets that even Leevi and Bailey can't keep.
"Actually, you're 256. So you're perfectly fine" He corrected me
"I feel old now" I whined
I heard a bang and jumped slightly, obviously frightened, I held on to Will for dear life
"It's alright. It's just the ladder falling over" He laughed
I scouled at him before sighing.
"We have wings and powers, yet you guys use tools and ladders" I raised my eyebrows
"Sometimes our powers dont work, so we just do it by hand. Plus it's easier" He told me
I rolled my eyes, before letting myself float up in the air, holding the banner up that will was in the middle of putting up. I held it against the wall and pessed my hand against is hard as possible, making it stick to the wall like super glue
I got down to the ground "There. That didn't take as long, did it?"
"No" He shook his head "You should be getting ready"
I nodded "I know but I dont want to be alone in my room"
"Why?" He sighed
"There's a big spider in it and im scared it's gonna eat me"
"Spiders dont eat you" He laughed
I grabbed his hand and ead him to my room, opening the door, and being greeted by a huge spider laid on my bed
"See" I told him
The spider is twice the height and width as me. It is enormous.
William got a rope out of some random place, and lassood it, around the sipders' neck, pulling it out of my room, and I got scared
"It's not going to hurt you" He told me
"You told me that when I was 13 and got bit by a snake" I pointed out "So that's why im terrified"
"The snake could sence your fear"
"That was no reason for it to bite me"
"Ok. I'll get this thing outta here" He sighed
He touched the spider, shrinking it, and making it smaller, holding it in his hand before going out
"Thank you" I shouted after him, before going into my room and getting changed
