Hayley's pov;
I woke up to the smell of alcohol and smoke , as usual. My mom is an alcoholic and she doesn't stop drinking . And yes , I'm Edwin Burgos younger sister . I'm 14 and Yes the Edwin Burgos. He got to move to California with 5quad and I'm stuck here with my alcoholic mother. It sucks.
"HAYLEY! COME HERE" I hear my mom scream from downstairs. So I get out of bed and walk down the stairs.
"What do you need , mom?" I ask.
"Don't use that attitude with me , young lady." She says.
"What are you talkin—" I start to say but she cuts me off but screaming at me.
"SHUT UP YOU BITCH" she yells at me . I'm used to this. Her calling me names and yelling at me and shit .
But then she does something unexpected. She hits me . Across the face.
"GET OUT!!" She yells.
"What do you mean!?" I yell , already crying.
"I mean I don't want you in my house anymore , go pack your shit and get the fuck out"
I just run upstairs , crying my eyes out. How can she be serious?
When I get to my room , I FaceTime Edwin and some boy answers.
I look like a complete mess and I need Edwin .
"Um .. Where's Edwin?" I ask the boy.
"He went to Walgreens to get milk and left his phone , uh are you okay?" He asked. "Oh and I'm Zach "
"Um no I'm not" I start to cry harder. "I'm Edwin's sister and my moms an alcoholic and she just kicked me out and I don't know what to do , I just really need Edwin"
"Oh my god , um I don't know when Edwin's gonna be home. Do you want me to get you a plane ticket to California so you can come stay here with Edwin? I don't know how I can help." Zach said , nervously.
"Please? Do you think there's one like today?" I ask, because I really need to see Edwin and I don't have enough money to stay in a hotel tonight .
"Yeah" he said opening a laptop . "There's one at 2:15." He said.
It's 10:23 right now. I can just pack my stuff and go to the airport now .
"Yes thank you so much , Zach" I said and I really meant it.
"Yeah no problem and I'll tell Edwin to call you right when he gets back. And I'll text you my number so you can text me if you need anything." Zach said.
"Okay , thanks again, bye." I said.

I wiped away my tears as I looked back at my mostly empty room. I packed mostly everything that I'll need and I walked downstairs.
My mom was watching tv on the couch with a bottle of vodka in her hand.
"Finally , I'll have this house to myself , without your little bitchy self " was the last thing my mom said to me.
At the airport :
I'm now sitting in the airport waiting for my plane to start boarding. It's currently 1:43. My phone starts to ring and its Edwin.

E : OMG Hayley are you okay? ZAch told me everything.
H: not really but my plane is about to start boarding , I just wanna see you. I don't know where I am gonna live.
E : you are living with me and 5quad, I'm not letting you live anywhere else, I'll be at the airport when you land . Text me right when you land. I love you .
H: okay , I love you too , bye.

I text Edwin as my plane lands. I'm kind of feeling alittle better about this whole situation. I'm so lucky to have suck a good brother. I don't know what I would do without him.
I walk off my plane and I see Edwin standing there with four other guys .
I run up to Edwin and hug him so tight.
Edwin introduces me to the four other guys , which are the rest of 5quad. They all are really nice and cute but Zach ip really catches my eyes. He's ... I don't know , different.
