A man lives on the 52nd floor of an apartment building. Every morning, he takes the elevator to the ground floor to go to work. When he comes back from work, on sunny days, he takes the elevator halfway up, then takes the stairs the rest of the way. On rainy days, he takes the elevator all the way up.
