I got out of bed to the incoherent screaming of Slipknot, although normally i know what they are saying, this is either a new song or I didn't get enough sleep last night. Well... I never get enough sleep, going to bed around 12 and getting up at 4:45 isn't much to go on, and I rely on my minds need to not sleep through the morning. I have cooked the perfect batch of barely alive. I dislike sleep, I have since eighth grade, and when my mom let me have coffee every morning freshman year, I stopped being afraid I would pass out in the middle of class.

"If I were on a boy-" The song by Beyonce was good, but not through my sisters vocal cords. I rush to my closet grabbing my maroon top, ripped jeans, and a black strapless bra that actually matched the underwear I grabbed simultaneously. SCORE. I ran to the bathroom and quickly closed the door.

Bang.Bang..BANG. "I need to shower!" the little possessed demon girl yells at me.

"Shower at night! Then we won't have a war I always win!" I had a point, she only showered in the morning because I did. She had to have something to fight over with me, and I didn't fight with her over anything else. I stopped having motivation for that long ago. Plus my mom and I agreed if I don't draw with silver, I don't have to take meds.

I turn in the water of the much nicer, much bigger bathroom that I love so much better than the last one I used. I take off my t-shirt and sweats and get in the shower. I quickly wash my hair, and do all of my necessary things. I turn off the water, and get out, wrapping my old towel, which is probably as old as me, around myself, and blow dry my hair. Once my hair is damp I put on my bra and shirt, slipping into my underwear, and finally I wiggle into my jeans, doing the futile dance that every girl struggles through to get on those three year old but still flawless jeans. I walk out of the bathroom and go downstairs. I grab my much needed coffee that has already been sitting in the microwave (thank you mommy). I grab a peanut butter bar thing that is covered in chocolate goodness and go down to say hey to Rockie while I wait for the demon to be out of the shower.

"Hey, why aren't you upstairs doing the makeup?" Rockie asks me, I laugh at the fact that she knows what makeup goes with this outfit.

"Little Demon is showering." I answer back. Rockie nods her head in understanding, and we no longer hear water running through the pipes. I wink as I turn away walking upstairs. I take a drink of coffee and then a bite of my breakfast. Climbing up the second flight of stairs to get into the bathroom to get ready. I knock on the door.

"Coming in in 3..2..1.." I open the door as my little sister pulls her shirt over her waist. I wink at her. "How's the Little Demon today?" I get a scowl for that, but I see the smile she tries to hide.

"Annoyed. You took forever" She says in a matter of fact way.

"Nope, I was in there for 10 minutes, you took a longer shower than I."

We both look at one another testing. Then we both start laughing and i get to work on my makeup while she does her hair. I am putting on my mascara, the finishing touch, when I hear Little Demon. yes that is her legit nickname, let out a frustrated sigh, she is braiding her hair, and always has trouble here, I quickly step in taking the hair, and finishing it for her. Giving me a grateful smile, she goes over to the makeup side of the counter and starts putting on what she is allowed.which just means no eyeliner unless it is a special occasion, she can wait for eighth grade like I did. I put soft curls in my hair, making it look natural, and finish in 10 minutes. I smile at my sister before going into my room to grab my black vans. I am glad to say they aren't my first ones, and my feet finally grew to a more common size of 8 1/2 instead of a small 7. I go downstairs to find Jas watching TV upside down on the lovesac (which is just a large beanbag chair, but my mom insists we call it the lovesac).
