(Your POV)
While Joe was at the studio with his brothers working on music, you were at home just enjoying your day, when you heard laughing coming from next door. You looked out your window and see Brittany with the same guy from before. You really want to call Joe to tell him what is going on, but you don't want Brittany to get mad at you and hart you. So you just went on with what you were doing and tried to forget about it. Hours went on by when you heard a car door and you looked out to see that Joe was home. You wanted to tell Joe so bad about what Brittany is doing but you don't want to hurt him and you don't Brittany to hurt you either. What are going to do? you just let it go until the time was right to tell him what Brittany was doing to him. You knew it was wrong but you just could not tell him for the life of you. So as the rest of the night went by you got ready for bed and finally went to bed.

(Joes POV)
Joe finally got home for working with his brothers. He was happy to be home from a heard day at work. He is so happy to be making music with his brothers again and can't wait for his fans to hear it. He went to his bedroom to get ready for bed, when he seen that Brittany was already asleep, he just decided to go to the other room to sleep. He did not want to go to bed and fight with her again, he would just end up in there anyways. He crawled into bed and tried to sleep but he just could not. He seen that it was around midnight when he looked at the time. He wondered what Y/N was doing right now, if she was awake or if she was asleep right now. So he picked up his phone and called her
"Hello?" you said.
"Hey beautiful, were you sleeping?" Joe asked.
"No, I am awake, Just could not sleep."
"Same here. So how was your day?"
"It was good. Just relaxed all day. How was yours?"
"It was really great. Got some songs done and just talked to with my brothers."
"That's good. I so can't wait to hear new music from you guys."
"We can't wait for you guys to hear it either."
"Can you kinda give me a simple of what you are working on?"
"No, I can't do that silly. It won't be far to the other fans." he laughed.
"Okay. I guess I can wait until you guys are done with them. So what made you guys make new music again?"
"Well we were just together one day and we where listing to the old Jonas albums and we just thought after two years we thought it was about time to make new ones. About how we grown up and about our life."
"Cool. I know it will be the best one yet. It will be more special to us."
"I just can't wait to see what everyone else says about it."
"Joe I already know what all the other fans are going to think of it. Hello there is a thing called twitter. They talk about the music everyday on there." you said
"Haha I know. I go on there and see it everyday."
About hour went on by, Y/N and I just talked and talked about a lot of things and we were getting really tired. So we just called it a night and went to bed. I was almost asleep when I heard a knock at the door. So I got out of bed to find that it was Brittany and she did not look vary happy at all.
"Who were you talk to on the phone Joe?"
"I was talking to Y/N Is that a problem?"
"Well yes I kinda is. You know I don't like her. So you should not talk to her."
"Well Brittany, I am not your pet so you can't tell me what to do or who to talk to. So I can talk to her all I want."
"What do you see in her anyways. She is not that good. She is ugly and just plan dumb."
"Okay that's it Brittany. You have no right to talk about her like that, she has done nothing to you. Why do you do this for? I don't understand. I really don't."
"Well I just don't like her that's all. Joe, I think she likes you a lot, like she is in love with you. But she can't have you because you are mine."
"For one again I am not your's, I don't have your name all over me. And for two why does that matter if she likes me or loves me."
"Why don't you come to bed and we will talk about all this tomorrow when we get up?"
"I think I am just going to stay here for the rest of the night. I don't fell like going to bed with you tonight at all. Good night Brittany."
"Okay whatever. Night Joe."
So we both went to bed, I just lied there and though about what Brittany just said. I could not believe she said that about her. Y/N was so sexy and kind in so many ways. She would be a so much better girlfriend then Brittany had ever been. Brittany and I have been together for about two years now and I just don't see myself with her at all. So the next day came and I woke up. I looked to see what time it was and it was noon, I could not believe it was noon. Why didn't Brittany wake me up, why did she let me sleep until noon. I had so much I had to get done. I was not vary happy about this. So I got up and got dressed, went to find something to eat. I got done eating and headed out the door. I had to meet my brothers again to write more songs and work on other stuff with them too. I finally got to the studio, to fined that my brothers where waiting for me.
"Sorry guys. I did not know it was noon. Brittany did not wake me up she let me sleep in."
"It's okay. We really have to get this done if we want to get it out before the dead line." Nick said.
"When is the dead line again?"
"The dead line is December 30th. If we want this done before Christmas then we have to get this done fast." Kevin said.
"So We have about 6 months to get this done." I replied.
"Yep, we sure do. By the way Joe. Do you like Y/N?" Nick asked.
"What, No, You know I love Brittany, Me and her have been together for 2 years now. What makes you think that?"
"Well when we asked you about it last night you never said anything, so we just thought you like her or something."
"Well I kinda think I am falling in love with her and falling out of love with Brittany."
"What?! I knew it. haha told you Kev. Hand over the money." Nick said laughing.
"What you guys had a bet on me and I did not even know?"
"Yep bro we did. I bet Nick that you are not falling for her and he bet me you are. So he won."
So we went on to what we are doing and we finally got some more work done on the songs. We wanted this to be a gift for all the fans that have been there for us. We are so happy with what we have so far and can't wait for the rest of it to be done in time. So my brothers and I went home. I parked the car in the drive way but instead of going inside my house,I went over to Y/N for the night. I did not really want to go home to Brittany bitching about how I am spending to much time with my brothers and not enough time with her. So when I got into her house, I went right to her room and seen that she was sleeping, so I crowed into the bed and laid with her until the morning came.
