thank you from the bottom of my heart for ever reading this. knowing people have found my book interesting enough to read a single chapter is crazy enough, let alone read till the very end. it's craaazy that you guys have actually read this far without giving up on it, so seriously thank you. you're all amazing and you better know that. it seriously means so much to me and i can never say thank you enough, so thats why i wouldnt click complete until i had this up. because, as cheesy as it sounds, this book is really not complete without you guys hehe :))

on the 18th of january, 2013, i published 'the lucky pick' on wattpad, having absolutely no clue where i was going with it. i just made it up as i went along for a while. and now on 20th of august 2013, i'm completing it.

i never thought in a million years i'd actually complete this, god no. i was sure i was gonna delete it immediately.

megan was originally supposed to end up with liam, actually. and 'nigan' was never supposed to exist. i actually remember going to put in the A/N of the chapter that started people shipping nigan or making nigan even exist, 'so megan fell asleep on niall? do you ship them? ahah! they're just gonna be friends, though'. but instead i asked who you shipped, and included nigan in the list. if i had've kept that authors note the way it was.. wow ok i

writing this book has really been fun, tbh i have sorta grown close to megan as a character, is that normal? nope probably not. but tbh it's shocking to me that i've sticked with this book for 8 months and have actually completed it. i never ever ever thought i would actually complete a book in my life, and if it werent for your votes and comments, i most definitely wouldnt have achieved that. :))

you wanna know something? since almost the very start of this book i had a farfetched dream of having 25k reads by the time i clicked complete on this. never, in a million years, did i expect to actually achieve that. but you know what? this book has exactly 25k reads as i type this, and i honestly cannot believe it.
