"Alright Charlotte,are you ready?" Asked Dr.Vazquez

"No,not really ..but let's go!!" I remember saying right before I was wheeled into the operating room. Ever since I was born I was diagnosed with a rare heart condition that made it difficult for me to live but not impossible!! It was hard to find someone who would give up their life just so save mine,so when the opportunity popped up I didn't let it pass by! By regulation of the hospital it's not allowed to revealed the identity of the donor to the person who will be receiving the organ!

"Alright Charlotte,I will now put you to sleep!"

"So in other words,your gonna knock me out?" I said as I chuckled slightly

"If you want to put it in those words, then yes" he said with a small smile.

"Here we go!" I said before I was drifted into a dark peaceful sleep

"I don't care,I'm going to do it. Plus I'm already dying! I have stage 4 cancer I can die at any minute.i can't deal with it,anymore babe! I can't live anymore with the doubt if I will be alive tomorrow. It causes me to much pain.i don't want this anymore.thats why I'm going to ends this.. But remember that I'll always love you! And you won't be alone.ill be there with you,and this bracelet will forever be the the thing that keeps us together..... ALWAYS"

"I Love You Grace,I love you with All my being.I'll always love you.and nobody can change that" I hear a masculine voice say almost like at the verge of crying

(10 Hours Later)

I wake up and all I see is 4 white wall all around me. Just then I turn to my left and I see a small table with flowers and balloons that says "Get Well Soon" and next to it theres was a letter with a charm bracelet.... A bracelet reminds me of that dream.. I was about to reach and grab the bracelet when I was interrupted by the door opening and in walking a nurse all dressed in white. She was pretty if I do say so my self, she was blonde,blue eyes and she looked like she was in her late 20's.

"Ahh Ms.Martinez I see your awake! How are you feeling hun?"she asked polity

"umm well mrs... " I said as I tried to read her name tag

"mrs.edwards, I'm actually feeling very good and better than before the surgery"

"well that's very good to hear,and it looks like your body has react good to the new heart, so for a few days you may be feeling a bit whizzy and tired but it should ware off very soon" she said

I furrowed my eyebrows when she said my body reacted good to the new heart.

"Ohh ok" I said

"any questions darling?"

"um yes,what do you mean my body reacted good to the new heart?" I asked

"oh we'll you see, when a person like you who needs a heart transplant, get the heart and then it's implanted I'm the body sometime the body doesn't react good. So the body would reject the organs and the person could possibly die.but your lucky sweetheart.your body has accept the heart and now you can live a normal life! Oh and before I forget the girl who gave you the heart before she went into surgery she wanted me to give you this." she said this as she handed me the charm bracelet and the letter. What could this be?!??!?

"okay so I'll be leaving now if you need anything, just press this button here and I'll come okay?"

"ok thank you mrs.edwards"

"my pleasure love"

I see her leave the room the same way she entered.

I then smile slightly thinking bout how nice she was then I looked down and notice the letter. I opened and wondered what it said.

"Dear Charlotte,

Take This Bracelet And Cheshire It. And Remember That I Gave You My Heart Because I Wanted To, I Have Stage 4 Cancer And That Means I Can Die At Any Minute. I Heard Your Story And I Wanted To Save You So You Could Accomplish Your Goals,And Remember.Take This Charm Bracelet, I Also Heard About Your Love Life.This Bracelet Will Help You.Your Prince Charming Will Come Very Soon.I Promise. Remember WE'LL ALWAYS BE TOGETHER

By the end of reading this I was sobbing.It means so much because it was a very big risk for her to take. she gave up,her life just to save me.

I will Cheshire this bracelet and will go,after my dreams. Just as Grace wanted.

Hiii guys I know I been long for a long time. But I'm back :) YAYYYYY .. Anyway I have a week and half left till I go back to school and I don't want to :( it freshmen year for me :(

Anyway the other day I was lying in my bed just looking at my charm bracelet that I had bought at Charlotte Russe (Fashion Store) and then I decide to look At my Harry poster and then the concept of this story came to my head and well HERE YOU GO!!!! Please I need feedback Remember I'LL LOVE YOU
