It was dark out, no stars lit my way, and I was scared and alone. Storm clouds roll over the treetops making me quiver with fear. I run faster and faster until I collapse tumbling down a rolling hill and into the muddy creek. I stand up soaked with muddy water and god only knows what else.
Shivering I listen, listen for the monster, just as I turn a stick cracks! I turn to run but it's too late he's already spotted me! I try to run but be grabs me and pulls me into him. The smell of the monster fills my pores and that's when everything goes black. I awaken to the sight of him, sitting across the room watching my every movement as a hawk does its prey.
