Ugh. I get up from my bed from studying for a quiz tomorrow to check my phone. 4 texts from the group chat: Sqwad deep. One text message from: Matt.
I look at the one from the group chat first.
Kylie: something really big just happened today. I don't feel like texting it so I will tell you it tomorrow.
Rema: tell us pleaseee!!!
Sam: spill it babygurl sPill!!!
Tasharah: can you guys plz..shut up?!?!
I roll my eyes at their ignorance and checked the other message from Matt.
Matt: hey Bry......do you want to go out on Saturday? Um....you don't have to if you don't want to.
This was sent only three minutes ago.
Today's only Thursday.
Oh my gosh.
Me: um...sure. What time?
He replies 10 seconds after I do.
Matt: 7:00
I squeal and go on the group chat.
Me: I guess I'll have to tell you something too tomorrow.
I put my phone on the charger and I go back to studying.
