Chapter 16 - Finding Out

3rd Person's POV

Lucy and Thor came back from meeting Jane around 11:30 pm. They both said goodnight and went to their rooms. But instead of going directly to her room, she went to Clint's. She quietly slipped into his room without waking him up.

She took off her jacket and set on the chair quietly. She undid her shoes and removed her jean jacket she had on so she was only in tank top and shorts.

Once she lied down, Clint startled her by pinning both of her wrists on top of her head and started kissing. She knew his ways of getting out of trouble and this was one of them.

She took a brave move and used all her strength to flip Clint on his back and pin his arms on both sides of his head. She looked down at him and seductively said in his ear," What did you do this time?"

When she had said this, Clint immediately stiffened and just looked at her before saying," If I tell you, will you promise me not to get mad?" She looked and nodded at him.

Then she got off him and laid next to him waiting to hear what had happened. He told how hr let Cristy wonder through the tower by herself. Then he told her how she got drunk.

At first Lucy was about to slap Clint in the face for letting Cristy wonder around the tower and drinking the "apple juice". But then she remembered her promise.

He told she was sorry and she forgave him. That night Clint went to sleep peacefully. But what he didn't know was what Lucy had planned for all of them except Bruce, Wanda, Nat, Pietro, and Thor for their training tomorrow.

*The Next Day*

Lucy woke up in the arms of Clint securely wrapped around her waist. She stated at him studying his features. He had dirty blonde hair. A beautiful face that was frown as if he were having a nightmare.

Unconsciously, Clint held her tighter as if to say to himself she was still with him. She took out her phone and headphone and start roaming her music. She came over a song of Journey. She liked their song especially Separate Ways. This one was different than the ones she knew.

Laying here beside you,

As soon as the song finished, Clint woke and stared into Lucy's eyes and smiled. She covered it up to make it seem as she really forgave.

After breakfast the would really get their punishment for what they did to Lucy little angel.
