Part 2 || training

Alessia's POV

*one week later*

We began training and it was awful. I couldn't stay upright on the stringy thingies, and I kept ending up upside down.

Eren looked like he had trouble too, Armin surprisingly got it and gave me some tips but I was still horrible at it.

As the days went on, we covered more things, and I got the hang of a few things.

As I walked towards the table, some random blondie sat at our table in my seat and everyone exchanged awkward glances. Then, Eren spoke up and told her to move; she looked at him and continued eating.

And soon enough, I heard him yelling at her and everyone tried to calm him down. She yelled back and threw a punch at him, but missed.

I ran to the table and told the girl we were sorry, pulled Erens ear and made him sit at another table.

"What was that??" I asked him.

"She sat in your seat!" He says and puts his head down on the table.

"Well, you didn't have to yell at her" I said and ate my food.

"But I wanted to sit by you!" He said in a whiny voice

"Well we could've sat somewhere else!" I told him and finished off my plate.

I walked past the other table to see what the rest of my friends were doing, and blondie was still there.. But Levi was there. Why was he there??

Aliyah told me about him and about how much she loves him. So I guess him sitting there was a good thing.

A girl came by me and Eren's table and started talking to him, which for some reason made me extremely jealous, and I stomped over to the table, sat down, and gave the girl meanest look" ever, and she left.

"Wow, thanks a lot you just ruined my chance! She was a total babe!" Eren says and sulks in his chair.

"She was not a babe! She wasn't even good enough for you!" I say.

"Yeah, you're probably right. Thanks for looking out for me!" He says and pats my shoulder as he walks away from the table, and sends electric shocks going through my body.

I started to feel all tingly inside and realized.

I might like Eren. Eren Yeager, the boy who has been my best friend since forever, how am I only realizing this now?

Now things are gonna start to be weird between us... I wonder.. does he like me back? No of course not! He just called some girl a total babe! UGH.

After we ate, we all had to sleep. I couldn't. I kept thinking about Eren. While I thought about Eren, I thought about my friends and family. I started to feel super sad because of my adoptive parents. They were killed and the next day, their bodies were found on the side of the road. By me. Eren and I were walking to the park, and I noticed something oddly shaped on the sidewalk and it was surrounded by police. We hesitantly got closer, and I realized that they were my parents' dead bodies. I was traumatized for life, and broke down right next to their bodies. Eren comforted me through the whole thing.

I started crying, and I felt like I relived that moment. Where I found my dead parents. Armin cried for weeks, but now he doesn't seem to think about them much. I couldn't stop crying and I just felt so bad. I guess I woke someone up and so they tried to comfort me.

I felt someone wrap their arms around my shaking body. It was Eren, I could tell because of his voice.

Eren's POV

I heard crying coming from the other side of the room so I got up to see who it was.

I found out that it was Alessia.

I sat next to her on her bed and hugged her.

"Why are you crying?" I asked her.

"I just thought of my parents, you know, when we saw them that day." She told me.

"It's okay, they're in a better place now" I told her.

"But I still miss them" she says

"I miss them too.... Do you want me to stay here?" I ask.

"Yeah, thanks for asking" she says and drifts off to sleep.
