M/N POV

Today, I was going to be attending Samezuka Academy, and I was moving into one of the rooms with a first year named Momotarou Mikoshiba. I looked at the door and back to the paper.
" Room 329... " I mumbled. Before opening the door with the key, I stopped and thought. Hm... I wonder how this Momotarou will actually be like. I opened the door and looked in.
" Hello? " I said. I spotted a boy with messy red hair and golden yellow eyes. He was smiling at me from the top bunk.
" Hey! You must be M/N-senpai! It's nice to meet you! I'm Momotarou Mikoshiba! A first year who's on the Samezuka swim team. " He said cheerfully. I stared at him with a stoic expression.
" Yeah I know that. You texted me the info yesterday. " I said walking past him and placing my bags on the bottom bunk.
" So! Are you gonna be joining the swim team also?! " He asked me. I looked at him for five seconds and back to the wall.
" Maybe, maybe not. " I said shrugging my shoulders. I heard him pout from behind me.
" Ne ne M/N-senpai! Don't leave me hangin'! You gotta tell me so I can sign you up for tryouts tomorrow! " Momotarou said. I rolled my eyes at him.
" Don't bother, I can do it myself. I don't need a first year to do it for me. " I said walking towards him. I stood in front of him and glared down at him. He shook and put his hands up in front of him. He closed his eyes while doing this. I smirked and walked around him. I put my hand on the handle and turned my head slightly to face him.
" I'm coming back I guess. " I said heading to Samezuka Academy to sign up for the swimming team.

1 hour later

I came back from the academy and laid on my bed.
" M/N-senpai! How did it go?! " Momotarou asked me. I snorted.
" Nothing. Tryouts aren't today genius. " I said with attitude.
" You really are cold aren't you M/N-senpai? " Momotarou asked. I grunted.
" Whatever. I'm going to sleep goodnight Momotarou. "
" G'night! " He said. He clapped his hands two times and then the lights went off.

Time skip to the middle of The Night

"Wow, he looks so much nicer when he's sleeping. " I heard someone say. I opened my eyes slightly.
" Wha...? " I tiredly rubbed my eyes to be greeted by those yellow ones. I quickly sat up with my pillow hugged against my chest when I realized that it was Momotarou.
" Ahhhh! What the fuck Momotarou! Why the hell were you watching me sleep?! " I yelled. He widened his eyes and then laughed.
" I always see how different people look when they're sleep. " He said cheerfully as if it was really ok.
" You fucking... creep. Go back to sleep. " I mumbled and turned away from him.
   " G'night M/N-senpai! "
   " Good night Momotarou. Don't you dare watch me sleep again or else I'll kill you. " I said smiling slightly.

Next day after School

Today was my first day at Samezuka and it was pretty ok for a first day. Right now, I was waiting in line in the swimming portion of the school to tryout.
   " Next! " Someone called. I jumped and looked around to see that I was second in line. The guy in front of me was still trying out but another guy called out to me.
   " Hey you! " A guy with maroon colored hair, red eyes, and shark teeth called out. I walked towards him and stood in front of him confidently.
   " I'm Rin, you must be M/N L/N. " He said looking down at his paper.
I nodded.
   " Yes! "
   " Ok so what kind of swimming do you do? " Rin asked looking seriously in my eyes.
   " I mostly swim free but my best stroke is the butterfly. " I say. He smirked for a second and started to write on his paper again.
   " So, M/N, when and why did you start swimming? " He asked.
   " I started swimming when I was four years old and I swim because it's really fun and helps me relax when I feel stressed. Whether that is in a pool or beach ocean. Swimming is one of my great passions that I can take seriously in life. " I said proudly. These tryouts were pretty easy.
   " Hmm, interesting. I see. Ok now M/N, I want you to show me what you got. First you will show me your butterfly and freestyle, then I will time you to see how fast you swim, and finally... you will race me. " He said with competition in his eyes. I gave him the same gaze but colder. I smirked.
