Chris' PoV Honestly, I was scared and wasn't expecting this to happen...well not so quick! I knew I shouldn't have done what I did, but I had to help Kae...oh yeah! And Kae! How did she end up in hospital?! My head was so messed right now and I had no idea what to do.
Just then reality hit me, as I heard the cries of Royalty unattended from downstairs. "Ugh," I muttered under my breath. "About ugh, what the fuck is going on baby? Two phone calls in one minute, and you look like your about to faint," Asiah shouted, walking over to me. I didn't know whether to tell the truth or not. I was scared that if I did she would hate me for the person I had become and leave me. Then who would take care of Roro when I get trapped behind bars?
I lied. Again.
"Baby, Kae is in hospital and I need to get there as soon as possible. I have no idea why she's there, and no nothing is going on I just need to leave right away," I explained to her, walking further away and into our bedroom. "Oh, that explains why she left so suddenly, I kinda feel bad for her now," Asiah muttered, following me into the huge room. "Mhm," I replied, grabbing a few things and jogging down the stairs, Asiah still following.
"Um hello! So your just gonna leave to go to the hospital without saying bye to your precious daughter!" She shouted again, kissing her teeth. "Goddamn woman' I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" I shouted back," and you really need to stop kissing your teeth before you suck them right off!
I wondered over to Royalty who had stopped crying now and was sitting peacefully on the sofa in her striped onsie. I sat beside her and brushed her hair back and then kissed her on the cheek. "Bye honey, I love you lots, but I might not be coming back today, depending on how serious mummy is hurt," I whispered in her ear, before getting back up and rushing to Asiah now before she started shouting at me again. "Babygirl, I love you so much, thank you for everything including taking care of my precious daughter, when I get back I'm gonna make your night the best night of your life," I smiled, showing off my gold teeth and holding her tightly. "Bye Chris, don't be long, we're gonna miss you lots," Asiah said walking over to the sofa and picking up Royalty.
So that was it. I was never gonna see them again. After what I had done, I'm probably gonna be locked away for the rest of my life.
Kae's PoV I woke up to the sound of chatting and people rushing over me. What was this madness? I looked around, but only with one eye, I couldn't open the other one properly. The ceilings were plain white, and everything was set up so neatly. Realising this, I knew I was in a hospital bed and soon everything came rushing back to me. I knew what I had done to get here, it was stupid, but that's what love does to you.

I started to cough. A lot. I wondered what condition I was in, cause I couldn't see myself. I prayed it wasn't too bad, but then I realised I wanted it to be bad. Chris was gone. Alex was gone. I haven't got a home either. What was the point of living anymore? I hope I die in the hospital bed, because my life is not worth living anymore. A tear started to fall down my cheek and then I knew I was crying. What did it matter? No one was even sitting beside my hospital bed praying for me.
Because, I had no one and nothing.
Chris's PoV I walked on and into the police station, even though it should've been the hospital. I prepared myself for the worse. Shocked, I saw Cosey & Red there - my best mates, but they just looked away. Yep, I was going down, even they knew what I had done. "Yo nigga, how come you two are here?" I asked, looking directly at Red and Cosey, even though I already knew the answer.
